The front desk receptionist who checked me in was amazing, so was the girl that took my TPR. Though, the nurse practitioner, or whoever she was in her late 60s with the really loud squeaky SpongeBob shoes and the short black pixie cut was extremely demeaning and made me feel very uncomfortable. She walked into my room very loudly and said, "so how can I help you" with an upset tone and a loud sigh. Never introduced herself. The whole visit with her She made me feel like it was my fault I was sick with my chronic illness (which is hereditary). After that she just walked off didn't tell me my test results and left the door open so I had to ask front desk what my next steps were. I don't recommend coming here for "professional" care. read more

Definitely had a great experience on our first time coming here. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I had forgotten my insurance card but had a photo, and was easily able to email. She was even able to check my daughters eligibility even though I didn't have a photo of her card, even went the extra mile to print out a temporary card for me to have. The staff and doctor were friendly, great with kids. Clean and modern facility. Would be my first choice when needing to go to urgent care. read more

So as I was driving to 24 hr urgent care I saw this place and decided to see if they took my insurance. I had a spider bite on my foot that I needed to be seen for. From the min I walked in and every stage after that it has been an amazing place. The lady at the front desk was happy and friendly and constantly cleaning. The nurse that took me back was friendly and happy! Then the actual doctor was hilarious!! He was friendly funny and very easy to talk to! All to often I think urgent cares get so busy that the employees come off as "not in the mood" but this place was by far the best experience I've had! We came in yesterday afternoon seeking care for my 5 year old daughter for a face laceration due to a skiing incident that happened prior. The check and registration process was very quick and easy. I felt like everything leading up to seeing Dr Ben-hwa Hu was pleasant given the circumstances. Dr. Ben-hwa Hu greeted us, however his demeanor was very cold and this caught me off guard right away. We caught him up and allowed him time to diagnose that my daughter would need stitches (obviously!) and the nurses started cleaning and putting Lidocane gel on the wound. He decided then to give her a Lidocane shot for her laceration before the stitches. Once the Dr. was free and the nurses were tending to my daughter, my husband and I asked follow up questions and were responded to with very short and apathetic responses. What bothered me about my experience with Dr. Ben-hwa Hu was his cold bed side manner and lack of compassion during our visit. Once my daughter started to cry he said coldly, "I can't give her the shot if she's going to be crying and moving so much." He tried to give her the shot with the help of 2 other nurse assistants (Sophia & the other name I did not catch). I could tell the atmosphere in the room was stressful as my daughter was crying. He then abruptly said he couldn't do it and we should just go to the ER. I did not appreciate the lack of compassion and humility he expressed during our experience. I understand the medical field is a stressful and an exhausting profession and I'm in no way challenging his capabilities as a licensed professional. But you as a professional need to understand and be sensitive to parents and patients that are scared and concerned. I know we're just a number on your roll call and every day is a revolving door of faces you see and diagnose. We drove all the way down to Accelerated Urgent Care from Snow Valley only to be turned away. We went to Rancho Springs Medical Center and our experience there was wonderful. I will not return to Accelerated Urgent Care and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Needed to come in for an allergic reaction and was seen very quickly. The front desk girl was super friendly and handled the registration and my insurance info effortlessly. The medical assistant was also very very nice and knowledgeable, and helped to put me at ease during this pandemic. I saw Dr. Sobh and he was awesome, too. He listened to my ordeal and reviewed the pics I had taken of my reaction with true concern and interest. I also appreciate that he was confident in his diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Came here a few weeks ago. Our in network urgent care was closed due to Covid-19. Our son is only 6 and he was having a hard time breathing and running a fever. During the Pandemic (February of 2021) I had visited this Accelerated Urgent Care in Temecula to do a Covid 19 test as I had been traveling thorough the west coast and had been notified that I had been in contact with someone who just was diagnosed with Covid and was advised to get tested. I was a walk in with no appointment and submitted my insurance card paid 50.00 and waited in the waiting room for about an hour and then I was tested and I left after an hour or so and none of the visit was particularly unusual other than it it took a while and I got a bill a year later (I just got a copy of this bill in August 2022) for $479.00 for the Covid 19 Test. When looking at the details of the bill it only says "Medical Services". It doesn't specify what services that were rendered it never mentions Covid testing. I don't think this is an honest or reputable company that does proper billing and apparently is not covered under the Riverside Department of Public Health jurisdiction as I have been trying to find out how I can fight these delightful Heathcare professionals. I wish I would have gone to somewhere less predatory. Seriously criminal behavior in my opinion. read more

Made an appointment to get tested for Covid. Was impressed with how clean they set up the waiting room. Had containers for clean and used pens, every other seat is taped off for social distancing, the seat backs are covered in plastic, everyone is required to wear a mask. My only complaint is that I had to wait in the waiting room for over 2 hrs. I understand that right now a lot more people are getting tested and we are in the middle of a pandemic crisis. Which is probably why it takes 5 to 7 days to get the test results. Under more normal circumstances I'm sure the wait time would be shorter. Despite the long wait I would come back to this urgent care because of the staff. Everyone is very kind and friendly. read more

This review is for their Telemedicine... I have tried it twice and never get a call back. During the second time I called to ask for update at 7pm and they said they were 5 people before me. Called again at 8:30pm. They said they were done for the day at 8pm (when online it says until 9pm). They said they had called me, and that was a lie- no missed call or voicemsg. I had been waiting next to my phone since I registered at 6pm. That's very unprofessional leaving people waiting for a call for hours. If they're not going to be able to attend, they should atleast let us know to avoid waiting for the rest of the night. read more

I visited today for an upper back injury after I had a fall a week ago. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. They saw me right away, took my vitals, the PA Marissa was marvelous! This place is the best. So far I've always been in and out and the staff is always so friendly and personable. I have TriCare and my first visit here the TriCare system was down so they couldn't verify my insurance. So instead of charging me the full cost of the visit (which other urgent cares where going to until they verified my insurance and would do a refund 30-60 days later) they just put my debit card on file until they can verify the next day. Saved me from spending $100 or more that I didn't have. They always call you following your visit to see how your visit was and to see how your doing. Now that is great customer service. Dr. Skoblar and the staff at Accelerated Urgent Care did an amazing job during my unexpected need for their services after slicing my hand open on Halloween. We called ahead to be placed on their "schedule" which made the check-in process smooth. We filled out our insurance and medical consent paperwork and were escorted back to see the doctor within 20 minutes of our arrival. Dr. Skoblar was extremely kind and knowledgeable and we shared great conversation about healthcare. He had me stitched up and on my way quickly while still providing high-quality care. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the staff. 5-stars for sure! I made an appointment for my husband at 10:48 and we are still waiting to be seen 2 hours later. We were pleased to know this was a VA approved location but the wait till is ridiculous. I understand there are many people who are sick but it's absurd to only have 1 provider. For the size of this location, you should have more than one provider. Please do not apologize as this appears to be standard procedure for this location. We will not be coming back and hope this helps others. We called multiple times to ask questions about COVID testing because our two year old was showing what could be symptoms after other children in her day care tested positive. We confirmed it was a free test and that our insurance covered it. We made an appointment and arrived 15-20 minutes early. My wife goes in and fills out all the paperwork while I wait in the car. They call us when they are supposedly ready, but suddenly there is a $55 per person charge because it's an urgent care. She refuses to acknowledge that the urgent care charge isn't even correct for each of our insurance coverages and states now, after multiple calls earlier, that we have to see a doctor for them to submit the test. Well, this is annoying, but we're here. We go back in and then have to wait around for a while longer before they take us back to get vitals and then do the test. Then we wait 20-30 minutes to see a doctor who asks if we have any questions, listens to her lungs for two seconds and we can finally leave. Unfortunately this process, with an appointment was disappointing and took over an hour when there was literally 30 seconds of actual work involved in collecting the test sample. Now, everyone we interacted with was nice and pleasant. The facility was in good condition. As a business owner, I understand this business needs to make money, and they are providing a vital service to the community. I wish they were just more forthcoming about the process and the costs involved. At least other places tell you straight out what they are going to charge. read more

Dr. Rios is absolutely TERRIBLE! Just took my dad in here to get a follow up/checked for his chronic physical pain from a car accident that happened a month ago and she didn't answer any of our questions in regards to the reason for his visit. She did not provide quality patient care as she did not address our main concerns of why we went to the urgent care in the first place. Dr. Rios was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire visit. Dr. Rios raised her voice at us several times and was being extremely difficult/cutting me off and being short when me and my father were explaining our concerns. Me and my father were completely patient and respectful the entire time so I do not understand why she was being rude with us. We told her we are going to do everything she recommended, so again I don't understand why she was getting angry and frustrated at us and refusing to answer our other questions, regardless what her excuse is, Dr Rios has no right to be rude to or yell at me or my father (or any patient) for ANY reason especially when we were nothing but kind and cordial to her! The nurses and assistants and ekg tech were thankfully so kind and the ones who were patient enough to answer all our questions in the end, just sad that actual doctor (Dr Rios) is not as professional as the rest of the nurses and staff. And this is why I am giving one star. No one should have to pay money to see an urgent care doctor like this because they are basically just paying to have a dr yell at them and not answer their questions! read more

This place was awesome. The staff was super great. Our MA Lexi was amazing and great with my 3 year old son who is usually not very good and scared. She was super patient and kind. She did every test for him with patience and made him feel comfortable. They did every test possible for him including an x ray, strep test, flu test & a breathing treatment. We were treated very well and got done in no time. It was quick and efficient. Dr. Hu was very friendly and smiley which made my son and myself feel a lot better and secure. Worst Urgent Care I've ever been to. The doctor misdiagnosed me, then came and told me he was wrong and oops. I also was given antibiotics that didn't work and they wanted me to pay another 200$ for a different antibiotic to be given. I wasn't allowed to leave after seeing the doctor because they couldn't figure out their computers and after making me wait their so long I had to send my boyfriend to pick up my prescriptions before the pharmacy closed. They then informed me I needed to wait for him to return outside, in which they couldn't even wait 5 mins for him to return. They don't care about you at all here. I have never had such bad service!!!! Stay clear of this place. read more

Pros-Staff moved quickly and were friendly. The pricing wasn't cheap/ inexpensive but seemed reasonable for out of pocket services. I had a quick follow up that they didn't charge for due to the current circumstances. Cons- Poor execution of services( stitches) . 2 of the 6 stitches I received fell out approx 24 hours later. 3/6 fell out within 48 hours with the rest of them loose. I'm not too worried about an ugly scar. I'm just worried about infection and or the area starting to open up. During the follow up I was given some advice, and ointment. Mostly told to just try not to move my arm and there wasn't much to be done. I'm left with the feeling or advice to take more time off of work as there's less stitches holding the wound together. First time there and was told they were in my network..took my credit card and then billed for an extended visit $329.00 I saw the dr or whoever he was probably a PA for 5 minutes. I was in their office a total of 20 minutes 15 minutes was waiting and filling out the paperwork. He prescribed an antibiotic for a lipoma which my primary care dr asked me to stop taking since this was not appropriate or necessary treatment. To add insult to injury. I requested their billing to be adjusted since most local urgent cares charge $125-150 for visits and they refused to reduce the fees and continue to bill me after I contested the bill with my credit card company. read more

Just fyi, this is not my first time visiting this place, every time I come here I leave with a 3star review in my mind, but never go out of the way to leave a bad review.. until today.. it really hard to find a reliable urgent care in this area. My toddler daughter had a laceration on her forehead. The first time we came here the check in nurses were just cold and dry. The nurses that checked vitals were super nice and friendly. When we were taken to the room, there was blood on the chair and I told them and they quickly apologized and cleaned up. The doctor took really long, but everything else went smoothly. That doctor told us to come back in 2 days to check strips.. had I known what I know now I would've saved my $75 for the recheck. So we came back... check in nurses again were cold and dry... vital nurse friendly.. this new doctor tried to please my daughter before the procedure which was nice. He asked me if I wanted to tear off the bandaid myself or if I wanted him to do it. I tried at first but she was not letting me. Then I asked him to go for it and he tore it off and the strips that were underneath came off as well.. I understand this was out of his control... but when he saw the strips came off he panicked and quickly taped them back down. I asked if we should add new strips since they came off and the pressure wouldn't be the same.. to which he said no since they glued back on fine.. cool whatever... then when he added a new waterproof bandaid, not only did he use a larger one that now goes over her eyebrows, but it wasn't applied correctly and left ridges at the top so now water will definitely get into the laceration. After I voiced my concerns he said it was fine and he didn't have a smaller bandaid... which by the way, the one she had before was medium sized, not large. He looked in the drawer and pulled out a tiny one.. I feel like he could've gone to the other rooms to look for an appropriate sized one, but the lack of effort was definitely there. Long story short, I came back for them to only tear off the strips, and to tell me to come back in 7 days... yea right. read more

I visited this urgent care in Feb. 2021 after an ankle injury. They did an xray and I was told that I had a "contusion". Fast forward to an actual diagnosis of a grade 3 sprain which is not at all a contusion. I provided a credit card for my insurance company deductible and approved the use for this purpose only. After Accelerated submitted the claim the insurance company denied it "pending further information from the patient". Instead of contacting me, Accelerated billed the $492 to my credit card. Money that I do not have at this time. I cleared everything up with the insurance and they ended up paying the claim less the deductible that I had already paid. I tried to contact the Temecula location and was told that I needed to call the billing department. Which I did, but never received a call back. I then went on line to submit an "inquiry", two weeks later and I have not heard from them. Ten days ago I contacted the Temecula location again. The girl I spoke with was kind and helpful. She said that she would reach out to the billing herself and have them contact me....still have not heard back. I left another vm for the billing department today and will file a complaint with the state at this point. The urgent care itself is clean, well run with a kind staff. The Dr who looked at my ankle only went off of the fact that he did not see any broken bones on the xray (thank God) and sent me home thinking I was being a baby and had a bad bruise. This is NOT my complaint however. They had no right or approval to bill my credit card. And they are making ZERO attempts to right the wrong. Frustrated. read more

I was super excited at first to try this place for the first time. It was recommended by my primary. I went online set up my appointment and pre registered. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance, they said yes. So I get to my appointment early and they asked for my member ID #. My insurance has not sent me a card in years and I never had a problem with other places w just my social and CA ID. The woman in the front did say I could pay $200 something for the Covid test. Do not go to this urgent care in regards to anything to do with pregnancy, Or anything urgent in general really until they change doctors. My experience with Dr. Applebaum was the 2nd experience at this urgent care that was straight terrible and the Doctors have no idea what they're doing. He straight said I can't help you go to planned parenthood about that when there is no planned parent hood in the area and we left. I called the 24/7 nurse line with my insurance and she politely gave me actual medical advice and direction in the situation to call my primary care physician first thing in the morning tomorrow, And some further instruction and explaining the options I had. I don't understand why a Doctor at my local urgent care couldn't do that. Last time I came here for intertrigo(a very common type of rash) and the female doctor straight told me she doesn't know what that is and is going to google it in the other room. Asoon as I get her name I will post it on here, She then comes back and prescribes me a medication not covered by my insurance and not for intertrigo that cost 140$ my insurance made no exception in covering this then my PCP prescribed me Ketoconizole which solved intertrigo for good in 2 days. It's a very common topical medication for rashes that an actual professional doctor would know. My PCP even mentioned in confusion, Why would that doctor prescribe you that 140$ medication? It wouldn't have worked. Just seriously beware coming here for urgent help because these doctors do a really poor job with lack of medical knowledge to be able to direct you. Luckily they have a polite and professional from desk and nurses on hand. Call your insurance nurse line for help or go to a local ER instead if it's urgent, Temecula vally hospital has some good Doctors and hopefully the other local ERs do aswell. read more

I was told from staff that they do the antibody treatments here. I have underlying health conditions and tested positive for COVID. I explained to them this was my second time getting COVID and I almost didn't make it the first time. I was really scared. I arrived at the facility where I was told I had to do a rapid test to get the antibody treatment because the treatment needs to be done within days of getting sick and insurance would most likely not pay for it. I obviously agreed to the rapid test which was a positive. I was told that someone would call me the next day to schedule the treatment. I called the next day and was informed they put me on a waiting list. I asked how long I would have to wait. I was informed a few more days. I called my primary care dr who told me I could not wait and assisted me in getting into another facility for treatment that same day. It has been weeks and no one from Accelerated called. I called a few times and apparently I am still on a wait list. If I did not have a good dr who got me the treatment who knows what would have happened to me. This place gave false information putting my life at risk, continued to give false information and I just found out they filed a claim for treatment with my insurance company. I can not believe this place is lying to patients and charging insurance companies fraudulently. If you need the antibody treatment do NOT trust this place!!! I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and the AMA. read more

I suspected that I had broken my foot on a Saturday afternoon. I called Accelerated, surprised they had an appointment AND an x-ray tech on duty to make my diagnosis a one-stop visit. The entire staff was incredible from that initial phone call to the front office staff, the doctor (Anna), and the gentle image technician. Wow. My foot was indeed broken. It was wrapped and put into a hard sole boot. Today, I saw an orthopedic specialist and he confirmed that the care received was top notched. I'm actually in the same boot I received from Accelerated, which was all I need for the healing process. I'm truly a fan. What a comfort to know this place is right here in Temecula! read more

Well I've been here twice. The first time was a good experience with a good provider who saw me in a reasonable time (an hour), examined me, explained the diagnosis & treatment and sent my prescription to the pharmacy- although it went to the wrong pharmacy. It was still a good experience. However, The 2nd time we were here was horrible. We were here for my daughter who seemed to have either a sinus or ear infection. The wait time with an appt was still 1 hour, which is expected. But then The practitioner who came in never even examined my daughter! She came in the first time and said they were going to do a flu test. Then a half hour later came in to say, it was negative and that she just had a cold. She handed us paperwork on treating a cold! There was No thorough examination of her ears, sinuses, throat, or listening to her lungs! The lady had a dismissive attitude and did not want to hear our explanation of her symptoms and left the room. I don't think I should be charged for the visit since we never even had an exam, just a flu test. My daughter got much worse overnight, we called the next morning and they refused to call anything in. We had to go to a different urgent care the next day to get an exam, proper care and prescriptions. What a waste of time at Accelerated Urgent Care! We won't be back. There are other urgent cares that are so much better. read more
