They waited until Friday to call to tell me that a referral is needed from my PCP for my Monday morning appointment.... I'm hopeful that my PCP will be able to get the referral to them in time.... Would have been nice to have been informed sooner as I thought my PCP had already done the referral.... It seems that communication is an area of needed improvement.....

If zero stars was an option that's what I would leave. This company is a third party billing…read moreservice that I encountered when I signed up for a 16 week workout program at a local gym. However, that was not made clear to me when I signed up. I thought I was signing up for the gym itself. There were stipulations about how to cancel, what was refundable, etc and a contract was signed. I asked a lot of questions and confirmed the details in contract. However after 16 week program was completed, and I fulfilled the conditions of the contract, it was a fight to discontinue the billing. The monthly gym fee was still being deducted from account even though I no longer wanted to participate after 16 week program ended. Gym had no say in process which was incredibly deceiving since that is who I thought I contracted with. The fight to get them to stop charging me involved canceling my credit card, proving I moved out of state then still having to pay a "relocation fee" to them to end contract. Outrageous. The documentation they wanted for proof I moved out of state was ridiculous and frankly invasive with the personal information they requested. This agency needs investigated as I believe their business practices and information gathering are illegal Avoid any company that does business with NAC.

This company is ridiculous. They charge you each and every month for services that I canceled. I joined a gym and then broke my ankle and they still kept charging me. I would eat the charges on the first 4 months but I am not paying for 12. SCAM SCAM They should be ashamed of themselves. No stars at all. I will write a review everywhere for these people. They would not even let me speak to anyone else.
