However, that was not made clear to me when I signed up. I thought I was signing up for the gym itself. There were stipulations about how to cancel, what was refundable, etc and a contract was signed. I asked a lot of questions and confirmed the details in contract. However after 16 week program was completed, and I fulfilled the conditions of the contract, it was a fight to discontinue the billing. The monthly gym fee was still being deducted from account even though I no longer wanted to participate after 16 week program ended. Gym had no say in process which was incredibly deceiving since that is who I thought I contracted with. The fight to get them to stop charging me involved canceling my credit card, proving I moved out of state then still having to pay a "relocation fee" to them to end contract. Outrageous. The documentation they wanted for proof I moved out of state was ridiculous and frankly invasive with the personal information they requested. This agency needs investigated as I believe their business practices and information gathering are illegal Avoid any company that does business with NAC.
