In less…read morethan 3 months, despite my disbelief that ANYONE could help me, her expertise and methods helped my digestion, headaches, hormones, anxiety, metabolism, and relationship with food to improve in a way I thought was impossible. I am now feeling 100% Better... And honestly feel like Taylor saved my LIFE. Longer version below: Before I met Taylor, I was miserable. My Relationship with food was BAD, because seemingly everything I ate bothered my stomach in a debilitating way. I spent almost every morning in the bathroom unable to leave the house due to bowel pain and constant unpredictable bowel movements. Then I'd spend the rest of every day bloated, in pain (sometimes so bloated I couldn't move), gassy, and so extremely uncomfortable that I felt confined to my house. It just didn't seem to matter what I ate-- I could never figure out what bothered my body. On top of this, I had NO energy (probably because I wasn't digesting my food properly), had headaches constantly, my metabolism was shot (super slow), and my hormones were all out of whack (probably due to having an IUD removed last year). I'd become pretty helpless, and I THOUGHT I'd tried everything: bland diets, low fat diets, whole30, Keto, intermittent fasting, no dairy, low FODMAP, etc..
