I could not find any issues and I am super picky when it comes to quality of work. Absolutely professional work. Overall, Nelson, and his installers Lee and Keith did an amazing job. They also upped the price after finding more damage done causing my homeowners insurance to go up. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michael Quinn from Mirror Crafters on a recent…read moreproject in our home in Arnold, MD. The scope of the project involved the installation of three panels of antiqued mirror on an accent wall in our dining room which included holes for layering an existing framed mirror on top. Bottom line, things had to be precise! The second part of the project included installation of nine panels of antiqued mirror with brass rosettes placed at the intersecting seams above a fireplace mantel which was then trimmed out with decorative molding. The coordination of mirroring and trim work with a local contractor took months to collaborate (frustrating at times) but we could not be more pleased with the outcome. The installers, Ryan and Matthew, were courteous, professional and experienced in their trade. They did a beautiful job and made sure that things were cleaned up and furniture put back in it's place. I would HIGHLY recommend Mirror Crafters ...... the scope of what they can deliver goes above and beyond any glass/mirror company in the area!!

While searching for a company to fix my roof leak after a storm I chose Aero from a list of 2…read moreproposals. I needed the job done fast since I was heading out of town. They were the lowest bid but the red flag should have came when I felt I could smell alcohol on Bob. Maybe it was mouthwash... at 1st the communication was great but once the job was completed but my leak was still not fixed I became a second thought, there was always another job. The owner TJ was actually helpful and professional he did get someone out right away but sadly the leak took 3 more attempts to repair. This went on for over a month... My bill was $1200 but if the repair couldn't be fixed after the 1st attempt $400 would go to a new contract for a full roof replacement of around $8000. I would have been a fool to sign a new contract. Sadly a crew was dispatched a 4th time and thank God one of my security cameras saw their 25ft ladder fall and damage my wife's car. It was like pulling teeth to get my roof fixed and the insurance information to file a claim. One of the supervisors Ricardo came out and he was very apologetic and not only did he repair my roof he produced the information needed for my claim. We need our small and local businesses to succeed and hopefully they will but when it came to my experience with Bob there was no consistency or any level of comfort. As hard working paying customers people deserve more, therefore I would not recommend Aero or use them once I need a roof replacement. Maybe you'll have better luck but your research

Basically the whole top of the house. The owner TJ gave me a really good price relative to other estimates. The work was done in stages. It took 6 days but each day they completely cleaned up, and it was not easy because of camellias and azaleas growing against the house. They covered the bushes to protect them. When the job was done, I had an issue or two, as I am kinda picky, but I went ahead and paid my balance and hoped they would come back. They did and fixed everything to my total satisfaction. A really good job and very reasonable for the amount of work. I will be going back for more renovations as I can afford.
