They were very helpful. The manager Nathan is great. He is very helpful. He's has a humble soul. And has good customer service skills. Freddie is great too. And there is another worker there I liked but can't remember his name he's pretty young. And he was with me the whole time I was there to pickup my trailer And I was surprised how much knowledge he has on RV's. He also has great customer service skills I will continue to go to Overland RV.

They will scam your RV and take away your money and lie to you on every call. We lost our RV and they never pay us back.

When I say essentials I mean for the setup itself. Latex gloves and top of the line dump hoses makes it so easy. The airstreams themselves are beautiful in and out. My experience renting from Tinno was literally the worst business experience I've ever had. I have always conducted myself in an honest manner. In this case, I was very upfront with Tinno about minor curtain damage (tiny dirt marks). And yes indeed there was some extra dust inside plus one small scratch on the exterior. I believe something from the road hit the side of the Airstream. The scratch in question was so small it was hard to even see. I find it dishonest and frankly offensive that Tinno responded to my review saying there were tears in the curtains (false!) and golf ball sized scratches that cost $4500 (false!). I would gladly swear under oath that these statements by him are categorically untrue. At the end of the day, I paid Tinno over $4,000 for an Airstream that retails new at $45K. The deposit he kept was $1500, a significant amount by any standards. And I had use of the Airstream for all of 9 days. Believe me folks, if you want peace of mind while on your adventure, go somewhere else because this guy has already done this at least twice now (read other reviews). Thank you for reading. I hope nobody has to experience this feeing of being picked off, not fun. Enjoy your travels people. And be safe on the roadways.

And like all blowouts, it's either caused from misalignment or from running over a nail for example. In this instance, our coach was severely out of alignment. We spoke to Robert Miller (roadside assistance) who seemed very knowledgeable on the phone. He helped us get our generator started, which didn't want to cooperate at first. He coordinated roadside assistance which made it there in 2 hrs. We were advised to take pictures so that we can help El Monte assess blame essentially. Which up until this point was all reasonable. The next day we returned the coach only to have the dealer attempt to charge us for the tire plus service. Apparently, Mr Miller elected to not cover the cost. The roadside mechanic said that we didn't run over anything and the blowout was likely caused by a faulty tire. The mechanic at the dealer said for ME to look at the tires. I could clearly see that the coach was badly misaligned - even the front tire was ready to blow. I got the sense that he could have said more but was afraid of losing his job. One of the highlights of the my morning was El Monte's response "we have to wait until the roadside mechanic comes in for his shift so we can ask him for his assessment". We look back upon our experience and thank god that we changed our plans to go to Temecula instead of Death Valley. Could you imagine what would have happened if we had the front tire blowout while in the middle of Death Valley?! We drove 120 miles spread out over two days at speeds not exceeding 55mph. We babied this coach which already had 74,000 miles on it. Please don't reward this company with your business. We wasted 5 hours with this experience. An experience that luckily ended without anyone getting hurt. I hope El Monte doesn't attempt to drive this coach back to Sante Fe Springs. It is not fit for the road. And if they cause an accident, I hope this Yelp entry serves as evidence that they knew it was a liability and did nothing about it. See pics, I was actually asked if I inspected the tires before leaving?!

Ed and Arturo took great care of us, making sure that we had everything we needed, and even went over specific tips and tricks we could use to conserve as much power as possible since we were boondocking for the first time. Ed answered my billion questions over the months leading up to our booking, and made me feel very confident and secure everything would go well. Arturo gave us a great walkthrough of all the RV's features and really set us up for success. When you're talking with these guys, you know that they really care about you having a fantastic and easy time on your adventures. The RV was fully stocked with everything we could have needed - linens, coffee machine, kitchen gear, cleaning supplies, the works! I definitely did not need to pack so much, because it was clear that they had already thought of everything their clients might need. The RV was pristinely clean and didn't have a single technical issue. And the fact that they take Sunday dropoffs was a lifesaver! This was the first time we'd ever rented an RV, and the whole experience was so smooth and comfortable that I can't wait for another excuse to go on an RV trip. We definitely will be booking with Road Shark in the future.

I did a lot of research on private rental companies vs. owner rentals. I really liked how luxurious the interiors were and how they offered delivery and pick up. It was more pricey but I wanted to be comfortable. I decided to give Road shark a try and it worked out beautifully. *One thing I did not know is how much additional rental insurance etc. you had to tack on with the rental. Besides that, the amenities were suitable for my family of four and my two fur boys. I checked in with Brett prior to delivery date to get some of my questions answered. He personally delivered the RV and gave us a run down of all the amenities and how to operate everything. I appreciated the accuracy of the yelp photos of the interiors. So many times you rent and find out when you arrive, the pictures were very outdated and what you get paid is not what you get. Not in this case. I paid for Wifi connection but they did not bring an ipad for connectivity. Brett apologized and said he would comp us for the Wifi charge. He told us we could just use our phone's hotspot and connect. It worked out nicely, and we had Wifi at the campgrounds. We were comped for it. Brett made sure we understood all instructions before he hailed an uber back to LA. Since it was out first time RV-ing, we went to KOA in San Diego to reduce anxiety. the drive was smooth up to 65 miles per hour. When we exceeded the recommended speed, things would start rattling and shaking. We quickly understood why we had to adhere to the speed recommended to drive. Other than that, my kids were very happy sitting in the back enjoying their onboard entertainment. When we arrived at the campgrounds, went pulled into our spot with full hookups. We took note the black water port did not have an adapter so we could not hook it up full time to empty. I texted Brett and he said we could either purchase a kit that would be reimburses or not empty it (and we would not get charged since no adapter). We later figured out a way how to manually empty as needed. Everything else worked well. I was extremely surprised at how well the convection oven/microwave worked for the kids chicken nuggets and corn dogs. Even though all the kitchenware was included in the RV, we still brought our own pans and disposable dishware. The beds were clean, freshly laundered sheets smelled great but did not fit the beds well (probably a common issue). It only comes with 3 sets of sheets and towels. Only two pillows which I also asked Brett about. He said we could purchase some and they will comp us for the cost. We survived without it. We took a shower the first night on the RV but then decided to transition to the showers in the building due to space. The onboard water temp and pressure was great. I did not have to worry about running out of hot water. The toilet flush pressure was also ideal to combat my husbands bathroom trips. No issues with the kitchen sink or any other appliances. The fridge was a perfect size for all our meats and frozen desserts. The car shades in front and the shades for the interior created a perfect environment for sleep. We really enjoy the outside LED light awnings. We utilized the camp ground picnic table and internet to eat dinners and watch movies around the campfire. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Brett had great communication throughout the trip and the last day as we came home. I let him know we were heading back and he let us know when he would be coming over to provide pick up. We got home, he came to pick up the RV, and he was on his way back to LA. About a week later I received the email about the $1,500 deposit scheduled for refund on our account, and he swapped the pick up delivery/fee with the Wifi charge. I highly recommend renting with RoadShark RV. We had a great newbie glamping experience. The price of a comfortable and newer interior rental made all the difference for me and my family. Thank you again, Brett for the awesome customer service!
