When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. I appreciated the recommendation, but I was disappointed that it increased the price by $100. I felt that option should have been discussed during the initial phone calls so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through. Because of how they handled the situation afterward, I'm happy to update my review and would not hesitate using them again. Thank you Sam and Robert!

Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. In short, there is a reason for all of the five star reviews, you will rate him with 5 stars as well when call him for service, I guarantee it!

The biggest issue was lack of care for our home. No drop cloths were used, debris was left throughout the house, and cleanup was minimal. An outdoor trash can was brought inside and rolled across hardwood floors. Upstairs, dust and debris were left on carpet, in closets, and on bathroom floors. The job sites were consistently left messy at the end of each day. There were also multiple incomplete or questionable aspects of the work. The ethernet line in the bonus room was charged as a full install ($650), but the line was already present--this was only acknowledged after I raised it, and the explanation given was that the charge was for "testing." The WAP was not properly connected, and some outlets were left unfinished/dangling. For chandelier installs, drywall screws were used in base plates, which is not appropriate for final installation. Scheduling and communication were also problematic. On the day work was supposed to be completed (which required me to rearrange my work schedule, which he knew), the appointment was canceled that morning. A new availability was offered that conflicted with my schedule, despite that same day previously being unavailable. When I requested a partial refund for incomplete work, the response was that additional unbilled items offset the charges. That was not discussed in advance, and does not address the core concerns regarding workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. We ultimately hired another electrician to complete and correct the work so we could move in on time. While the cost itself was not the primary issue, the lack of attention to detail, respect for the home, and follow-through made this a poor experience overall. This was not the first time I remodeled a home, so I understand the unexpected, but given the overall experience being extremely substandard, I would not recommend this electrician.

On the day of install Manny came out, confirmed where I wanted the skylight put in, and gave me a rough time estimate. He also coordinated with some other contractors I had at the house doing work on my floor so that they would not interfere with each other, which was amazing that he was able to act as a go between. He got the work done in record time. It was a clean install, no problems, no messes, and he gave me a quick rundown on care (which is nothing) and then how I can address the solar nightlight that is in it once it needs to be replaced. I love the product and I love the company for how easy they made this happen. The cost of my skylight was $949 upfront - I think there was an extra cost if you use a credit card to pay but I paid in cash. I think for how bright my hallway is now that I can say it was worth the value.

I recently called Phil and asked him for a quote of a solar panel install on my travel trailer. Phil told me some prices and i asked him if he could come down to my storage facility and see what he thinks would work best on my trailer. He told me what i needed and how much it would cost to do the job right the first time. I called him back and set up an appointment for services to be performed on and he put me on his scheduel. He showed up on time and in a nice service truck, he was very clean and professional (compared to the ratty old company i had used before, that was working out of a van). I gave Phil my keys to my trailer and asked him if he could call me when almost complete with my install due to my work scheduel, Phil said that is not a problem i will call you when i am almost completed. Sooner than i expected Phil called, he stated that my trailer was almost complete and would be ready. I showed up to the storage facility and my trailer was completely finished. The installation of the solar panels and the wiring was nothing but quality. Phil is a honest and trust worthy guy, he takes pride in his work and in his company unlike any other R.V. service i have used in the past. I will ONLY use and recommend Fleet Pro Mobile RV Repair for now on. I love my solar panels and my enviroment now i can go green not only in my home but even in my R.V. thanks Phil. read more

Our hot water in our RV stopped working and after my husband did all the troubleshooting he could think of, we looked in the phone book and called an RV Repair company in Corona, California. We had to leave a message and after waiting for a return call, my wife went on the internet and found Phil Sosa's company; FLEET PRO MOBILE RV SERVICE. At this point, we still hadn't received a return call from the other company. We called Phil's company and within 30 minutes he arrived and after another 5 minutes he diagnosed our problem. It was a water airlock and after another 5 minutes, Phil had it fixed! We were so pleased with his quick and efficient service. He is honest, reliable and very trustworthy, something you don't always get from mobile RV companies. His cost was very reasonable and he even checked other things for us before he left. On top of that he gave us some pointers on how to prevent the problem in the future. I would rate Phil's company as an A++++++++ and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a great mobile RV Repair person. He can only be found on the internet or by word of mouth so calling a company in the phone book could have been disastrous for us as we have lots of experience in that department. Once again Phil came and worked his magic. I needed to replace a lp detector in my motorhome. He was able to get a combination co2 and a Lp upgrade and install it in the same space. The other problem was it had failed a smog test. Phil did some troubleshooting and found the problem. He then went to the auto parts store, got the new part and fixed the problem all in my driveway. Jesse found it fast: both units were wired to a single breaker instead of having their own. He rewired the panel and serviced both units. Tested today at 105°F, both ACs running, no trips. Once we arrived to our campsite, the toilet valve quickly followed suit and was leaking a steady puddle of water inside... forcing us to shut the main water valve off. So there we were with no AC or water on vacation in summer heat. Found RV Mobile Specialists who had excellent reviews, so I contacted them Sunday morning & by Sunday afternoon they responded stating they would be able to come look at it. Monday morning Gerard arrived to our campsite and, looked everything over. They gave us options for repairs, but we ultimately decided to replace the unit with a new one. Gerard and Jonathan were professional, prompt and very friendly and had obtained all the parts and completed the work in a timely manner. Within 4 hours we had a working toilet and a new AC unit installed....blowing cold air, saving us from a potentially miserable vacation. Their pricing was fair, competitive and honest. We would highly recommend to anyone needing RV repairs and would use them again if we end up back this way on vacation someday. Shout out to Gerard (woot woot) for powering thru the AC install in this tremendous heat!! You're a rock star!

Our Class C had a leaking front cap and water damage from a small hole caused by a tree branch…read morefalling on the roof. Jeff put on the 18 year roof system and it is solid! The product looks great and feels tougher than the original roof. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess our mobile RV tech made in trying to seal up the leak. During the work they took great care to make sure everything on the inside was covered. They also took pictures during the process so we could see the steps. We took the RV back a couple weeks later to have it buffed, polished and detailed. They also replaced the front cap decals that were completely faded. The RV looks as good as it did 10 years ago when I got it! I researched lots of RV repair places for the roof work and in so glad we chose Accent RV. It was a little bit of a drive from San Dimas but well worth the quality work they provided. It is rare to find a shop that communicates well, sticks to the estimates, doesn't upsell or cut corners. This shop is easily a 10/10. I would highly recommend them for your roofing, detailing or decal work.

The roof installed by Accent is perfect and so much better than the original factory rubber one. Jeff installed four solar panels and wired in a charge controller. They washed and waxed the entire trailer. It looks like new. I highly recommend this business. Honest, professional, accommodating and trustworthy.
