I called this guy months ago and he seemed great and super customer service oriented. He said we could schedule regular maintenance for my trailers. I had a great vibe from him and told him I would call when I was prepared with all of my trailers in the same storage so it could be one stop. However, today I was even unsure it was the same man so I had to ask twice if he recalled talking with me and he said, "Yes, and I already discussed pricing with you (I was not calling for that) and so that's what it is." He seemed so irritated that I was calling that I had to ask if this was a good time for hime to talk. He said well no and that he is working out in the field and he is very busy. I said well can we set up a time to talk or can we just set up a series of future dates for maintenance? His reply, "I can barely answer my phone and can't return calls for days." I asked if I could text him some dates and he says, "No, I don't work like that. I am too busy for that and that's not how I work." So why answer my phone call today ?? I had previously used Fleet Pro for diesel generator and engine service. I just called to schedule new service and was informed they don't do diesel engine service and it's a hassle to deal with all the oil. Which is fine companies can choose what scope of work they choose to do. They did mention that the would service the generator. But as I was attempting to schedule he quickly rushed off the phone mid sentence with me asking about the generator. Guy is a tool. Is my assessment based on anger cause he essentially hung up on me mid sentence. Hell Yes. Unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to this company. This mobile RV repair/service is the worst company to talk or even try to talk to an associate in Southern California/ Inland Impire....Corona, Norco, Riverside, Ontario et.... I called & talked to a representative 4 days ago. The associate told me he needed the model number of heater. I called back with the information & with my contact information within in less than 24 hrs. I left 3 messages & still haven't heard back. This company must be so busy/good to return calls or text. Had a scheduled appointment for September 12, 2016 at 8:30am with Phil. Took the day off and even had to pass on an overtime shift tonight that cost me $600. Called him at 9am to find out where he was and he stated he couldn't find my site, called my number and must have wrote down the wrong number. He then went onto say he would have to cancel as he was already heading back. When asked why he didn't stop by the office to get directions, he states " I don't do that". Really dude!!! Glad you didn't work on my RV if you're not that responsible. My suggestion is to not use this business. UPDATED: After a year of owning my RV I have need Phil on several occasions. He has been out multiple times for service on my generator, a roof sealing (very reasonable pricing over any RV shop), as well as the services mentioned below. Phil is a true professional that "knows" an RV. I will continue to call on him with my RV maintenance needs. I recently purchased a used RV and was looking for an honest and knowledgeable RV maintenance company to check out a few concerns I had with my new RV. I looked at several different companies that offered mobile service to your home online and came across Fleet Pro and decided to give him a shot since he had two stellar reviews. I had the typical fear of being ripped off from a service like this but as soon as I met Phil that fear subsided. He was a straight shooter from the get go. He showed up when he said he would and his rate was exactly what he quoted over the phone. I had my generator and roof A/C serviced and felt very satisfied with the work he did. My generator now hums along and my roof A/C blows ice cold. I also got a quote on resealing my roof when I am ready. There was no upsell pressure or anything of that nature, he just does what you ask. He even when out of the way to check a problem I have on my Ford cutaway even though he doesn't service the chassis. We were hoping it would be something simple but no such luck, so it's to the dealer for that. The fact he took the time to look at it showed me his complete honesty and integrity.
