We purchased a used RV, first time owners, and came here for service on our 2022 Forester 2401 MBS. We did a lot at this first visit: 6 new tires, adjusted Slideout, reinforced the ladder, added another solar panel and new controller, resealed the roof, and a lot of miscellaneous items. We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. I recently bought an"08 Tiffin that had a Butt Sag. Right rear portion of the coach body becomes detached from the frame and sags down around 2" causing the rear slide and cargo doors to become misaligned. Very common on '06 to 2010 40' Phaeton. Tiffin recommends taking the coach back to Redhill for repairs. I had heard good things about Premier and thought I'd let them take a look. We had a major roof leak and the large side awning replaced because hard to use. They did a great job sealing the roof which will last 30 years. the awning was replaced with a electric awning, and with a push of a button the awning opens up. We brought our 4x4 Chevy camper monster van here and We worked with Christopher H during our experience here. We had a new AC installed/wired, solar power wired in, new electrical components and the camper van gone through to make sure the electrical was safe etc. the communication was outstanding. It took a year but I finally managed to hit a tree branch which caused some damage to my dometic roof vent. I wasn't sure what the extent of the damage was so I started calling around to see if someone could assess the damage. Not only did they say to come over same day, they immediately came out, assessed the damage, sealed the crack and charged me NOTHING. This review has to do with their work practice Our company took a small passenger bus to have repairs on the emergency side windows.This Involved changing one handle, reattaching cables and adjusting hooks so that both windows would open and close freely. I understand they had to possibly remove windows re-rivet certain parts, I get that but the work was Not satisfactory in the least. So we patiently waited approximately three weeks and we're told that it was perfectly fine to call as much as we wanted to find out the status. I went to pick up the bus and once payment was made not a single person offered to come outside and go over what work they preformed, of course. I checked the windows myself for operation. I observed the windows were off-center. one window was out further than the other side. The handle still felt like it was going to break when opening the window. The trim below the area was bent on both sides. When I showed this to management his response was "that's how they work". That's how they work.....really!? He mentioned that he didn't want our relationship with them to be affected. I said to him "the company may feel different". They charged $1400 to fix a small handle and put a couple of riveted clips back in the frame. Also, in my opinion made it worse. Basically the work done was shoddy. I had the maintenance man come out from our facility and make minor adjustments just to get the window to close smoothly, which they could've done very easily. thats why we paid them, right? I know we needed the bus back and it was getting very frustrating to wait. Obviously we would've left it longer for them to do the job correctly. I feel like they could have paid more attention to detail. A little more pride in their work. So, do the job right and then come out with a customer and make sure that they're satisfied and not have the customer come back in and get you to show them the problem. Then Immediately tell the customer we'll reassess the issue. Not, "thats how they work" One positive note, they did get the windows to open and close, but you almost need a jackhammer to do it. I see they get positive reviews and that's great! But consider taking it to a proper vehicle bus renovation company that repairs emergency windows, not a luxury RV repair facility. read more

Had trouble with a noisy slide. I took it over early one morning, and they came out and diagnosed the issue right away. They told me the amount it would cost and the time it would take to repair. A very straight forward company. Then the mechanic "tweaked" the slide rollers a bit and told me they would hold for a month or two if I couldn't do the repair right away. When they learned of my rust issues, I was contacted by Jeff and asked to bring my RV back for review. They immediately scheduled a time for me to leave the RV for rework/repairs. Jeff and his team at Premier Motor Coach sanded the rust spots on the roof and repainted. After some extensive research they learned this model RV had a rust problem around the windshield. They applied a polyurethane sealant around the windshield rubber gasket. The sealant will prevent water from getting under the gasket and causing rust. I called this company and communicated exactly what I needed - which was basically for them to fine tune and upgrade my customized sprinter van / house on wheels, so i can sell it in perfect condition to the next owner I was open to anything, just wanted to get it dialed in and perfect. I had to drive an hour and a half just to come see them, but the person on the phone assured me that they were worth it, and could be creative in upgrading the space When I arrived, not only was the receptionist cold and rude, but the man who came out to look at my vehicle was condescending, rude, dismissive, and seemed sexist, mansplaining things to me and brushing off my requests, saying it would cost too much for me to bother doing the repairs. Seriously? I would have happily paid them whatever they wanted just to do the job, but they literally never even bothered to send me the quote they said they would send. I was even going to ask them to add solar panels and a number of other upgrades but after their rude treatment I just kept my mouth shut and left To call them rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. Do not give these people your business, I found several other local Companies who were gracious, talented, and did exactly what I ask *** UPDATE: The company has replied to whitewash their unprofessional behavior, and just to be clear, it's all invented, and whitewashed with "god bless yoU". That's called after-the-fact marketing cleanup. I clearly asked for them to send me a quote and was ready to move forward with them despite them not being able to fully address all of my requests, and they said they would send it, at which point I never heard from them again -and the receptionist commenting on my dress was one tritely polite statement in the midst of a bunch of coldness and rudeness, and not doing their job. read more

After a horrible experience with another repair shop and poor communication from several other shops, Premier Motorcoach Innovations came to our rescue and was able to take us in the week before Memorial Day to repair our water damaged coach. When I first called Premier, Jeff picked up and listened to my dual issues of water damage and troubles with our repair shop at the time. He patiently explained to me that he wouldn't be able to give me an estimate over the phone, but he could give us a rough estimate if I emailed him some photos. I did and received both an email and phone call from him, the same day! He gave us the rough estimate as well as a timeline of four days; which was much better than what the other shop had told us. Jeff even offered to look at our rig, in person, the same day! We opted for the following Monday as we still had to retrieve our rig from the other shop. Monday rolled around and we brought our rig in to Premier. Jeff not only remembered who I was and the issues with our rig, he immediately came outside to give us a more concrete estimate. The entire time he looked over our rig, Jeff answered our numerous questions and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. We really appreciated that he was honest with us. He didn't try to tack on extra items, but explained to us the cost vs. benefit of certain items. IE. Removing the entire wall of cabinetry to fix our ceiling versus leaving them in and installing around them. He stuck with the original estimate numbers he gave us and said they would be able to begin work on our rig later that week. We couldn't believe it when we received an update from Jeff THE VERY NEXT DAY. They had begun demolition of the ceiling EARLY and thankfully hadn't encountered any signs of mold. He even included photos in the email, and was quick to reply when we had any questions about the work. We decided to stop by to check on RV the next day, Wednesday, and were again immediately greeted by Jeff. He took us into the warehouse to look at our rig right away and we were happy to see that the crew mostly had our rig looking good as new!! I mentioned that our sliding door had some scratches on it from us moving it and we had a loose seal in the bedroom as well, and Jeff asked his crew to check on it. He told us that we would most likely be able to pick up our rig that Friday. I got an email Thursday afternoon telling us that our rig was ready to pick up the next day (Friday)! He included new photos and our final breakdown on the cost. As promised, the final price was within the 10% of the estimate. A very reasonable deal compared to the arm and a leg the other shop wanted to charge for unnecessary labor. When we got to Premier on Friday, we were greeted and taken to see our rig as soon as we walked through the door. I was extremely pleased to see that our coach looked like it had come straight from the factory. Jeff and his team had not only fixed the water damage, our loose seal, and reinstalled the sliding door for us, they had stained the scratches for me so I didn't have to! I loved that they went beyond what was asked of them to deliver a final product that was better than I expected. Nothing was damaged and there wasn't a giant construction mess for me to clean up, which again, I appreciated! Having read through my share of terrible RV repair shop reviews, I cannot be more happy that I chose Premier. They not only do quality work, they do it in a timely manner while communicating with you! I simply could not believe that in exactly seven days (two of those being a weekend AND the week before Memorial Day), Premier took my repair call, gave me an estimate, repaired the damage, and had me pick it up! A little over a week after we picked up our rig Jeff even followed up with us to check if we were still satisfied with our repairs, which we are! Last year I had body damage to my RV and with trepidation I began to look for a reliable body repair facility. After taking it to three places I brought it in to Premier for an estimate. Maury introduced himself and went out to look at the damage. After fully explaining what needed to be done, I decided to have them do the work...Fantastic work and it looked good as new! This year I let someone park my RV and guess what...Yep, he took out my back baggage compartment---back to Premier where once again the Premier team did an incredible job. I question the validity of the high reviews for this company. Called yesterday and a woman said the guy I needed to speak with regarding service is busy with a customer. She then gets my information and tells me he will return my call after he's done. Of course no return phone call so I call the next day to try again and this time the phone goes to voicemail at 3:10pm. That's middle of the business day! Hard to believe this is accepted but somehow they do such outstanding work and really care? Caring is answering the phone during business hours. Caring is calling your clients back. Not impressed at all. UPDATED: Maury called me back and was sincere about dropping the ball. That speaks volumes to me about the character of the ownership. He offered to check out the problem that day and when I arrived, he had a guy get right on it and check it out which took all of 10 minutes. We found the location of the leak from the water tank and he offered to work with my warranty coverage from the manufacturer. That is quality service my friend and how you convert a non-believer into a believer and raving fan of your business. I'm happy with the service this far and would recommend. read more

We needed help with one of our slide out rooms on our 2018 Newmar Class A pusher. I purchase the parts needed, but I could not get the job done by myself. Laura and Jeff were great to deal with. They were clearly focused on providing superior customer service. They had the repair done quickly, dealt with our Extended Warranty company, and even added our repair parts (that we had already purchased) into the accounting with the Extended Warranty paperwork. I'm overdue on writing this review, but at least now I can give you a history of great service. I've been to Premier Motorcoach a few times over the past couple years - the first time was just for parts and was an easy, friendly visit. About a year ago, I needed to have the onboard generator of my motorhome repaired. While I was in Arizona, the generator wouldn't start. I had a shop there look at it and they said it needed a starter and they could fix it for a zillion dollars (I forget how much it was, but it was ridiculous). I brought it to Premier when I got to Calif. They looked at it and confirmed that it was the starter and we scheduled a day to have the replacement done. They fixed it in the time and price quoted which was fair. It's been fine ever since. A few months back, as I was on my way out of town, my fridge (which was full) quit working on propane. I was told to bring it in and they'd look at it right away. They checked it out and found that it just needed cleaning and advised that since I was a full-timer and ran the fridge most of the 52 weeks/year on propane, that I should have it serviced/cleaned every 6 months or so (I was previously having this done annually). They charged me for 1/2 hour labor and I was on my way. I was impressed and so grateful that they agreed to look at it immediately and so no food was lost and that it's worked fine since then. Yesterday, I had some regular maintenance items done on the motorhome and, as always, the work was done quickly, efficiently and affordably. They also accommodated my schedule. My motorhome is nearly 20 years old, and though well-maintained, there are many instances that I need to have something looked at and repaired or replaced, so it's good to have such a reliable and honest group of people I can count on to do the work. Premier has done two repairs in the last year for my Dynamax motorcoach and has done great work. They perfectly matched the custom paint job as well as some fiberglass repair. The 2nd repair was for extensive tar damage from road construction and they had to develop a system for removal and repair - and did a great job. We own a 1985 Lazy Daze, and after needing some work done I set out to find an R/V repair facility that was honest - which I thought was going to be impossible. Reading through some of the reviews of other repair places, I thought I was out of luck. I was happy to have found Premier. We had a water leak develop close to the outlet of the pressure pump, and it was soaking the carpet. I really wanted to have it fixed as quickly as possible before the carpet and sub-floor were ruined. I was in and out within two hours! I then noticed that there was a leak at the inlet pipe, and they replaced the seal there, which took all of about 10 minutes. Great place if you need work done. Although what I had done was a small job compared to the other coaches they are working on, they treated me well and did a great job. There are a few other things that I need done and I will certainly be taking our R/V back to Premier. read more

I don't have words for how impressed and satisfied we are with the service we received from Premier Motorcoach Innovations. After a minor accident in our RV, we noticed a gas leak in our rig. The adjuster didn't believe it related to the accident. Premier motorcoach repaired all accident related damages, and fixed the gas leak without charging us an additional fee. They also did some cosmetic work for us without charging us as well. This is certainly not your typical auto repair/body shop. They truly want you to be happy with their work and they will do everything possible to return your rig in the best condition it can be. One other thing... We went on a three week vacation out of the country while they were waiting for parts. The repair was done long before we returned and they stored our RV without charging us an additional late pickup fee. I anticipated that we would've been responsible for a storage fee, but because they couldn't get the parts in time, they waived that fee without hesitation. Jeff handled our claim and was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. He kept in contact with us during every step of the job. Not only was the work top notch, but the customer service was mind blowing. Again I cannot tell you enough how thoroughly satisfied we are with their service. O.K. here goes. These folks are the best! The whole team was great to us. They are very professional, friendly and keep to schedule and their pricing is fair. There is not one area of the remodel they did on our Airstream that we are not pleased with. The workmanship they do is pretty great.
