I called around 4:15 today, asking if they accept walk ins and explained what I needed done. Eileen said if I was there within 15 min they'd be able to help me. I got there by 4:30, and wasn't seen until 5:10. When I was seen, doctor said it would talk 30 min and she didn't have the time so I need to make an appointment. I'm upset, because instead of letting me know that they didn't have the time, I could have went to another office and gotten the work done. Now it is 5:30 and everywhere is closing soon so I will not be able to do a walk in. Wasted 1 hour of my time, ridiculous, please do better! read more

I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience coming here today. Dr. Bella Reyes saw me today for a broken filling. She was very gentle and I felt very at ease with her. She is professional, she explained everything as she was treating me, she's thorough and she did an amazing job on my filling and teeth cleaning. She's also very funny, great sense of humor and that made it fun and just an overall great experience today. Her staff Nancy, Daisy and Adrianna were also so friendly and professional!! I'm completely aware of how insurances work as I have worked in the medical field. My husband did go to the other specialist and they sent him back to you for a cleaning and other services with you, when he went back you had outrages prices for him to pay because he was told you were out of network, when again the time I originally called they stated that my insurance was in network (took them a couple of days to get back to me). Your front desk "manager" who I named in the original post was very rude and mainly said nothing he could do. Miscommunication I think not. I would have NEVER continued having my husband go if I knew this was going to happen where all of a sudden you let us know we were out of network. It's funny how it took you a month to respond back to my post. But no worries we have found an amazing dentist that's taking care of all our needs. read more

I'm very upset and disappointed with my experience at Bella Dental. Let me start by saying that the actual dentist was amazing, and this review is not a reflection on her quality of care, because it was very good. That makes me all the more sad to not continue treatment at this office. I called to make a follow up appointment because I had to leave on a trip and was on a time crunch to get some work done on a bad crown... and never heard back, so I called again a few days later and spoke to someone who said they would call me back later. I even said, "You're actually going to call me back? I left a message and never heard back." 'Oh yes, of course I'll call back!' DIDN'T get a call back for over two days. Frustrated I decided to just get my x-rays instead. I called again and spoke to Daisy, who was rather glib when I told her I was very upset about the way my case had been handled by them. It's now been two more days and of course, no x-rays have been emailed to me as she said she would. I have now now emailed them to ONCE AGAIN, ask for my x-rays. THAT'S 4 TIMES I've now tried to make contact with this office that resulted in nothing happening. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. :( read more

Best Dental Place Ever! Come through I went in for Invisalign Consultation in late November 2018 since my teeth were not as straight. The Doctor and her staff were extremely nice and friendly. The Doctor explained to me the procedure thoroughly and showed me in details what my expectations should be of my teeth. For the first time ever, I enjoyed going to the dentist after becoming a patient here. The dentist is amazing!!! But I just had my first bad experience. I previously called and booked an appointment. I specifically told the receptionist my situation. I am currently living up north for work and gave her the specific days I would be able to come in this week. She found a time slot and said I would receive a text asking to confirm a day prior to the appointment. My appointment was for yesterday morning. Because I never received a text, I called the office and sure enough; the receptionist said "you didn't get a text because you're not on the system for an appointment." We all are all human and we all make mistakes but I'm actually really bummed because I will only be here for a few days and have other things booked on my itinerary while I'm out here. I was really counting on this appointment. Now I have to wait and see when I can come back in 2018. Dr Belinda Reyes-Vasquez is excellent with children. I took my six year old son and four year old daughter for cleanings and white fillings. My son was complaining of pain on a few fillings done at another office. Dr. Reyes-Vasquez ended up performing three baby root canals on my young son. He was apprehensive at first, but now he is not afraid of the dentist. Both my children loved picking a toy from the treasure chest at the end of the visit. Dr Reyes-Vasquez is diligent in her work finding an extremely deep cavity which was almost a root canal on my thirteen year old daughter. We had recently taken her to another office, but this extremely large cavity was not detected by them. Moreover, Dr Reyes-Vasquez filled the cavity with a deep white filling and my daughter has no complaints of sensitivity. They also offer braces at a good price, so she and her older brother recently got their braces done there. Bella Dental is a modern office with a friendly staff. My kids love going to the dentist. This diamond in the rough is off of Temple and Azusa in the upper level of the shopping area next to thrifty (or whatever Mom and Pip gas shop that used to sell beer to minors when I was in high school called). Best dental cleaning I ever received outside of the Air Force. Dr Reyes makes sure the inside of your mouth looks and feels like fluoride waterfall. Parking lot design is awful. Dr. Reyes is AWESOME! A previous dentist had advised me that I would need a root canal. When I went to Dr. Reyes, she was able to treat my tooth without having to perform a root canal. She is extraordinary with big cavities. She is also funny making your visit a little more pleasurable. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for an excellent dentist. I've had bad experiences before with previous dentist but I have found the right one. The staff at Bella Dental is really nice and friendly. I love the office and the fact that they use new technology unlike other dental offices. X-rays are no longer painful with the tech that Bella Dental uses. Credit/Debit or cash is accepted. Cons: No spit bowl, not a big deal though. I believe each room has a sink. Its my understanding they dont use silver for fillings. They mentioned its unhealthy. The filling material they offer wont last anywhere near as long though. I went in for a cleaning. I found the prices to be reasonable, and the dentist to be careful, pleasant and friendly.
