After some discussions among themselves they said that they could do it. I called and made an appointment for Mike on a Saturday at 9 am to move a safe. He did not show up…read moreon the appointed day and time. I called to find out when he would be arriving and he informed me that he had been up late with friends and would be there around 11 am, and never apologized for the no-show. When he finally showed up, he was alone and in a pickup truck. It was obvious that he would not be moving the safe that day because he did not have the appropriate equipment and needed help. He told me that he would call me with a day and time later in the week to move the safe and I never heard from him again. He no showed, he never apologized, he was unprepared and he never followed through with a new date to move the safe. I would not recommend him for any safe that was not purchased through his business.
