Very responsive. Clearly busy as it took a while to get the appointment. His communication was good. However. Our issue was an old rolltop desk. He patiently tried 1 million keys and nothing worked. He did not charge us since he was unable to solve the problem, which was great. I went on Amazon and bought two random skeleton keys for $10, and one of them opened it. This is a desk that had been Locked for years and he was actually the second locksmith we tried. I think it's bizarre that a locksmith wouldn't think to just have a couple of skeleton keys handy. Anyway, maybe he's good at the more modern and complicated stuff? So I dinged him a star because he didn't do the obvious -- but otherwise our experience with him was solid. read more

Michael was very professional and responsive, showed up on time, worked quickly and only charged me $100 to program and cut two new key fobs for my husband's F150. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I called and left a message Sunday night and he texted me first thing Monday, set up a time and came that day. As another piece of helpful info...I got the key fobs on eBay for $18 (with batteries!) and they worked perfectly (eBay seller was extra-partss). All in all, going this route was way more affordable than going to the dealer who wanted to charge around $200 for each key fob.
