Gallaghers helped me keep my previous unit that I bought from them running far beyond the warranty, and I was very impressed that they were able to do that. But eventually pretty much everything does wear out. Cody is my technician, and he was very patient explaining all the pros and cons regarding my current system. And it was apparent it was just time to replace the unit. David, Heath, and Adolfo showed up right on time, and as always interacting with anybody at Gallaghers is a very pleasant experience.. They were so professional and efficient and knowledgeable that it was just another really smooth job. Gallaghers really needs a lot more than five stars - they really are that good in every aspect across the board. The guys explained everything that was going to happen and what they were going to do right off the bat, and this company is really a role model as to how customer service should operate. I'm not going to lie, it is a little bit of a financial hit when you have to have a new system installed. But it is quite obvious when you deal with Gallaghers that you are absolutely getting your moneys worth. Of course the product is first rate, but everybody from the dispatchers, to the techs, to the installers really make you feel like you are in fact a valued customer. It really is a big job to install such a large system, but my ranch was absolutely spotless when they left.
