Ian was wonderful! Not only was he very personable, but he knows the streets of Klamath like the back of his hand. He could have gone a longer route, but he didn't. He made every short cut he could without me asking. That is the tip top of service and professionalism. I've had many bad experiences with Access Taxi, like waiting for 2 hours at Walmart. The drivers themselves are wonderful and excellent drivers. The company itsself is WILDLY frustrating to deal with. The two times we have used them they have quoted us different numbers every time we have called and once when it was in the evening they didnt get back to us until several hours later and by that time it was very late into the night. Just recently they quoted my boyfriend $100 for an hour ride and he called back the next day to confirm that they could in fact still come get him they quoted $130. This is a huge difference for a poor family who already struggled to raise the $100. Apparently there is no way to get an accurate number of what you will be paying because different dispatchers will quote differently which is a disapointing way to run a business. read more

Excellent Customer Service. We used Access to get from Enterprise Car Rental Drop Off over to the Amtrak Station. It was late in the evening and they waited as we dropped off the vehicle and then took us to the train station. Price was very reasonable so we tipped them well! read more

Never again! Pre- Arranged a round trip from hotel to Amtrak depot. Access dispatcher assured me they monitored Amtrak's notorious delays and would pick up at the right time. Waited at hotel, no taxi, finally called. Taxi showed up 20 min later. On return called in morning as train left Seattle. Called again 20 min before arrival in Klamath Falls. Arrived at 10:20pm. No taxi. Called again. Taxi on another call. Waited 20 more min. Seedy part of town. Depot closed. Area deserted except for 2 75 yr old unhappy travelers. Called again. Dispatcher said taxi came to depot and picked up someone else. What??? Another Access driver showed up 40 min after our arrival. Be warned! read more

My husband and I don't usually use a taxi service but since being involved in an accident we have been without a car. My husband had an appointment at Skylakes hospital today so he called Access to arrange transportation. He was going to be at the hospital for a total of 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. We live on Homedale Rd and the hospital is less than 5 miles from here. The trip there cost $23. and the trip home cost $27.That's $50.00 for a less than 10 mile ride. We were shocked. And why would the trip home cost more? I would suggest that you look for another taxi service if you are in need of a ride. read more

Have used access many times before but this last time was ridiculously bad service. Klamath falls doesn't have Lyft or Uber BECAUSE of this fall company and it NEEDS it BAD. Stayed at the Running y Resort (I own property there and was staying in a rental) and ordered a taxi at 9pm on Thursday night and was told 30-45 min which was totally fine. After 45 min and no taxi, I called to check on how long and was told "within 5 min." Another 20 min go by so I called again and the dispatcher told me the driver "went the wrong way" and another driver would be there in 20 minutes - are u serious?? Not only did they not call me to give me a heads up, it had now been 90 MINUTES since I'd first called and last call was going to be soon so what was the point I felt discriminated against because they assumed we were tourists because of where we were staying. Never had issues like this with them and hoping it was a one time thing but I doubt I'll call them again to waste my time read more

Since there is no Uber or Lyft in Klamath Falls, Access Taxi seems to have a monopoly on transportation options. Our driver Moe, pulled up in a ramshackle van with no working A/C on a 90 degree day. He talked the whole way about himself and went the long way around to get to our destination. All in all a very unpleasant experience! read more

I chose access taxi three times and I was very impresses by them until I called again. When I called for the taxi, I was told that the driver will be there in 15 minutes which was later changed to 5 minutes and 1 minutes every time I called for next hour. After an hour waiting for taxi, I was told that the taxi was not available so I should look for some other taxi. It would have been totally fine if the lady would have told me to find another taxi the first time I called. Anyway, other than this bad experience, the Cars they have are nice and clean and drivers are professionals. read more

There is no Uber or Lyft in this town, but there is no need!!!! Access taxi is so fast! And sooooo nice. We took it twice on our over night in Klamath while traveling and both drivers were awesome and courteous. I have never had a better cab experience! I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Great job guys! Moving to Klamath Falls from Las Vegas Nevada and this is the first time I've had to use a taxi. I was hesitant at first and found myself walking the almost 3 miles to and from work every day. After two weeks of this, I decided to give in and try the taxi. It was a very pleasant experience. I've been given rides by Chuck and Charlene and both were prompt, very friendly, drove safely, had clean cars and it didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The one time they were a mere 5 minutes later than my scheduled pick up time, I received a call to inform me of the delay along with an apology, a "we didn't forget about you" message, and a promise they were on their way. Within minutes they were here and I wasn't late for work. I have nothing but great things to say thus far. read more

The cab drivers themselves are great. But the last like 5 times I've tried to schedule a pickup the person on the phone is either rude, doesn't assign someone to pick me up, or won't answer the phone. I have to use a different phone number to get someone to answer. Usually they're late and I've had to stand outside for up to an hour before. read more

The drivers were great and I want to say thank you, but the owner Dennis is rude, got my appointments wrong and so I showed my paperwork to driver and he was talking to Dennis about it and he got mad because driver found out how much company is getting so I had to call Dennis. FANTASTIC customer service! My mother, aunts, and grandmother were in Oregon visiting my sick uncle. I took the initiative and reserved them a taxi to pick them up at the hospital and drive them to a hotel in Medford, Or. I had to call and reschedule their pick-up time, and the gentleman on the phone was able to accommodate my needs with no problem. I felt like Access Taxi went the extra mile in calling and informing me that my family was picked up and were headed safely to their next destination. I rode with Access Taxi for the first time and was very impressed. It's like a big city business with small town appeal. The other cab companies in town have always been rather rude, late, and drive the maniacs. But with Access Taxi the cars are apple green so it was noticeable when it came to pick me up. The driver was professional, courteous and obeyed traffic laws which I found comforting compared to other taxi's I have taken. I was happy to find the car had a credit card machine in it so I could pay by card. I wasn't going very far, but they were quick to pick me up and got me where I needed to go on time. I would defiantly recommend over the other cab companies in town, and will use access taxi again!! read more
