Both the doctor and physical therapists prepared me for a long term recovery from a sprained Achilles Tendon. The physical therapists I saw during that time were Sara and Nichole. They used various methods in my treatment and assigned exercises I should do outside of therapy. They were encouraging and very supportive. They have a genuine concern for the patient, ask questions and listen. Sara and Nichole are excellent therapists. The office staff was professional and very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. The office was clean and well maintained. I would definitely return to Regional Therapy Center at Washington Street, if I needed physical therapy. I highly recommend Sara and Nichole.

The staff was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also remarkably patient and encouraging. They took the time to assess where I was in my recovery and tailored a comprehensive plan just for me. What really stood out was their use of a variety of advanced techniques and the latest innovations in physical therapy to help reduce my pain and--most importantly--dramatically increase my range of motion.
