But then weeks later we received the bill of $1800.00 and that is with insurance folks. $1800.00 to take our blood pressure. YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND... We will not be paying this bill. Riddiculous. He couldn't have had a worse personality for the job he does. Very unfriendly and just couldn't be bothered to try and make me feel less anxious. While I'm waiting on him, in complete silence, to get everything together, the old woman at the front desk and another employee sat at checkout and gossiped about church and a man named John. For all they knew I could have recognized who they were speaking of. They did this my entire visit! Extremely unprofessional. A few days later I needed urgent care and called this office to see if they still had an Albany Med urgent care. Since this office is a multi disciplinary practice I figured they would know. The woman who answered the phone told me she did not know and I needed to Google it. What??? Google it?? How about no, I'll just leave you a really crappy review that you deserve! Before you go here make sure there is nobody else in the area that can handle your situation. I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. St. Peter's is amazing as is Ellis and neither place has ever treated me or acted as unprofessional as this practice has. Albany Med should be ashamed of hiring people like this.

She said she might not be able to get that much out of my hand. That's her job. It must have been going too slow for her and she didn't get enough blood to use for testing. I got a call from them saying I had to redo one. I went to a different lab, Quest, and she did just fine out of my hand.

I arrive nice and early before they open because they are always busy and the lines form early. I can't say I like them, but that is probably because I am sick if I am here and I am meeting new doctors I don't know. They are very hesitant to prescribe antibiotics, even after having cold or flu like symptoms for 10 days or more. I was told "two weeks" before they would write a prescription. Perhaps that is a federal policy? I don't know. If you are sick and need help fast, come here. Or, better yet, just don't get sick at all.

Are you asking what meds I take or what I am allergic to or both?! I asked her to clarify and she said the exact same thing. Then, I told her I didn't want my BP taken (it stresses me out) and she said "you have to" and I politely said, "No, I don't. I can opt out of any medical test that I don't want done." The online system for securing your place in line is very convenient. I was seen by Angelina Miseno-callaghan who was amazing. I am a chronic illness patient so I encounter many doctors, and often when going to urgent care I encounter doctors of which who instantly dismiss me, don't listen to my concerns, or make me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Dr Miseno-Callaghan is definitely not in that group, and was very patient and made sure she got a history, as well as a second opinion before advising and treating me due to my chronic conditions. Due to a dental infection I have, she advised me of doctors and locations that will likely accept my insurance, as well as have openings. When I came in I felt lost, stuck, and suffering. Now the next day I feel better due to the medication prescribed by her, and the guidance, as well as validation, she has given me.

Dr. Lambarski was their choice and today I can tell you that I agree. An appointment was made with ease, his staff is very considerate, the appointment was on schedule and after one visit my issue with my feet have been taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Lambarski and really appreciate his care! If I would of went to Dr. Lambarski after my first visit to my primary with no resolution, I would of been happier sooner! Very nice doctor and very ease to speak with, he listened and took his time to do it right!
