My wife and I knew what we wanted the alarm system to do as we had an elaborate system previously, but Eric was quite thorough in determining our needs and how to address them using the newer systems. The new residential systems are VERY easy to use and more capable than the systems we had in California which were based on old legacy systems. The new systems are also much more cost effective! Our system is connected to a monitoring company which contacts police or fire in the event of an alarm. The installation was very professional and they took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the install and that it operated properly. We are extending the system to our shop next week, and I'm considering installing some cameras too. I feel confident in Evergreen Security.
