I was assured that this unit would IMPRESS but all it has done is disappoint. It does not heat or cool this VERY small space. Epic was called and came out twice only to tell me that it was working properly. We are faced with using space heaters, fans and a portable AC to find any relief from the cold and heat in the winter and summer, respectively. I just find it disappointing that more locally owned businesses don't stand behind their work or their product. Are we a society that focuses on greed and not quality? My message to those consumers who might be considering EPIC, would be to keep on looking, you'll thank me later.

Apparently they have a $200 minimum fee, which was never disclosed to us. Even if that is true, where did the extra $70 fee come from? There's absolutely no reason to charge that much for such a simple fix, and charging is $70 more than the minimum fee, for the easiest job possible, is unreasonable and unfair.
