They hooked me up with a new phone; gave me a trade-in value on my old one; and even spent more than an hour helping transfer all the data from the old phone to the new one. Yes, the new phone was expensive, but I don't think that's unique to T Mobile: all phones seem to be $$$ these days. I was able to have its cost broken down and folded into my monthly payments, so it will be manageable. Overall, pretty happy.

When I went to this store recently (March 2025) to ask for assistance, because I could not download an app I needed, the associate said it's an Apple issue and to call them. You see, I used to have a Samsung phone that I loved, but when transferring apps and such from my Android to the new iPhone, which I was talked into getting, no-one mentioned that some apps wouldn't transfer and I'd have to buy that app all over again. So helpful T-Mobile! (Side note, I HATE MY IPHONE!) On top of that, the final price I was quoted was a lie. I am now paying more than the quote. And don't let them talk to you into any add-ons, you buy them cheaper else where. So I am now going to Verizon to see if they can get me out of my contract with T-Mobile.

Verizon as a whole is a shameful corporation, but that is not a surprise. What is a surprise is that a local reseller would treat the elderly members of its community so poorly. Unfortunately this is the world that we now live in - the younger generations are raised without morals, respect and reverence for their elders.

Walking into this location you will notice an immediate day and night difference from Verizon. There isn't a forty minute wait, and total chaos reigning, with rude employees. Here there were plenty of employees, and the store was clean and welcoming. I had already purchased new iPhone's for them in Arizona where I live, but needed help getting them set up and sorting out how to transfer their old Verizon phone number to their new AT&T phones. The people here were super patient and helped me get everything set up, and it was painless and took way less time than I thought it would. Typically I loathe going into a mobile phone store, as the experience usually is super frustrating and just a less than fun afternoon.
