I was heartbroken when I found two dents on the back of my 2024 Honda HRV with less than 5,000 miles on it. After a bit of research I scheduled an appointment online with Acci-Dent. Within 24 hours I heard from one of the owners and he was nothing but kind and extremely helpful. He even came out to look at my car in person that evening to confirm the damage. He reassured me that they could fix the dents and also had a rental car available to me free of charge. When I went to pick my car up around 1pm (9am drop off), I was blown away. I wish I could leave a better review, because the actual paint job was fine, but their lack of response to phone calls and emails, and the repair that is still unfinished several weeks later makes this impossible. We needed work on both our front and back bumpers, because of separate incidents, and despite asking several times for separate estimates, they sent us a single one. I called and emailed them, and after waiting several more days, called again. They finally sent separate estimates (which were reasonable) so we made an appointment. The connections on both bumpers had been broken above the wheel wells. I mentioned this to several employees, including Tim, the paint manager. They promised that they would fix this, and the estimates included "repair." When I went to pick up the car, the back bumper was fixed, but the front bumper was still loose. I noted this, and they said that they would order the clips and let me know when they could complete the work. I haven't heard from them since then. After one week, I emailed them to find out when they could complete the work that we had contracted, but they didn't reply. Our front bumper is still loose on both sides. Because of this negative experience, I cannot recommend this company. read more

2 man operation (Nick - Owner and Seth). Excellent service and friendly. Was able to accommodate a last minute appointment and make relatively quick work of a crease dent on the hood of my new car. Despite several homemade attempts at repairing it with a toilet plunger (it sounded like a good idea at the time), it was worth the small amount of effort calling these guys up. When it was all magically repaired, I was surprised as to how well it turned out. Could not tell at all! Also touched up some scratches and even cleaned my wheels. Great service and comparable prices to the other PDR shops in the area. This is probably the one time where I will highly recommend this place but understandably, hope to never use them again. So, I almost never write reviews, but the work and service here were absolutely the best. I had a stupid dent in my fender, and I had a few pea-sized places of rust and then two seams on the door. I texted the big dent to Nick; he texted me back in about 2 minutes with a quote for that. $150, he said to make it about 80% perfect. I'd say it's 90% perfect, AND I felt like he guided me really well. I could have absolutely gone somewhere else to have it replaced for a big chunk of change, but Nick had be on the road, same day. ALSO, he fixed my rust spots and quoted out the rest of the work for when I might want to come back and have it done. What I liked most is that he told me what all my options were--from the complete replacement to the adequate fix. Because he explained it all to me, I was able to make a good choice. ADDITIONALLY, Nick gave me a car to drive for a few hours, and I was able to run errands and then do some work at a coffee house. I have seldom had a better consumer experience in any field. I can't say enough positive things about the professionalism and competence of the guys at Acci-Dent. They did a "bang-up" job repairing the many minor dents and paint chips on my 1999 Porsche Boxster and even polished my headlights -- all for a very reasonable price. The owner and employees were very professional, friendly and competent. My car looks fantastic thanks to the skill - not the right word---artistry is what it is - of these guys. Super impressed. Even after I was paid up and ready to ride off, one of the employees asked me what I thought and when I pointed out a discolored area I forgot to mention during the estimate, he proceeded to polish it out for me. Nick & Seth are brave! They communicated together on whether or not to take on a job for my Lexus IS. Seth (the worker) convinced Nick that he could do it and Nick was 100% honest with me the whole way. It looks great! I feel like for the price I paid, I got good value and good service. Seth patched up a few other marks at no additional charge and Nick made sure I was happy prior to paying. There are times in your life when you wake up and find a huge (football sized) dent in the back of your rental car in your hotel parking lot. A rental car that in 30 hours you have to return. Oh and did I mention this was on a Sunday. I did a quick Google search and gave the Acci-Dent number a quick call. This guy answered and was instantly helpful and had me shoot him a picture of the dent. We spoke for a few minutes afterwards and from the time it took me to drive from Madison to Milwaukee (back towards the airport) I was able to meet up with Nick. He gave me a really reasonable quote initially and actually saved me money and time all around once the work was done. The work was absolutely spot on and he just seemed like a great guy to do business with. He obviously takes great pride in his work and the job was flawless. I really appreciate when your in a tough spot and you have a great person to do business with (oh did I mention it was on a Sunday). My father-in-law was refered to Nick by a local car salesman. His car had a large golf ball (ish) size dent on the rear quater panel. He talked to Nick via phone and even though my father-in-law lives like 200 miles away, he felt comfortable enough to bring his car in for repair. I called Nick at Acci-Dent about the front corner bumper on my Kia Rio that was misaligned after a careless swipe on my garage while backing out a while ago. It was pretty scratched up, too. He was very understanding and requested I text him a picture of the damage, so I did, and he took a look at it and told me to come in later that day, he said he'd be able to squeeze me in. So I did and he did a FANTASTIC job fixing the bumper and even matching the paint color to cover up the scratches. It didn't take much time at all and the bumper looks good as new! His pricing is very affordable and he's a super nice guy, a very enthusiastic "car guy" that you can tell loves what he does. Called Nick about a Dent in my 2009 BMW 5series on my driver side Quarter Panel! Very Bad Dent with a nice Crease in it.. First off let me say how impressed I was with the professionalism that Nick conducted his self with.
