I live in Oak Creek but I used to work near NSC and heard so many great things about NSC so I wanted to make the trip from OC to NSC! I wanted to have my late mother's 2004 Explorer fixed the way it was before some idiot back into me causing extensive damage. I just picked up my Explorer and they said it was outside and I had to click to unlock the doors so the lights lit up to make sure this Explorer was mine. It was not the way it was before the accident, it was the way my mother bought it off the showroom floor in 2004! The car looked absolutely amazing with everything fixed but they also completely detailed the vehicle, inside and out! Many people told me to junk it due to its age but I was so glad I followed my gut and had NSC fix it. I get to drive a "brand new" 2004 Explorer that was my late mother's vehicle! When I needed my car fixed I took it to the collision center of the dealer I got my car from, but my experience there was not the greastest. I looked around for different collision centers on google and luckily found North Shore Collision. The reviews were great and I decided to take my car there to get an estimate. Everyone that works at North Shore is amazing and very helpful!! They explained everything to me unlike the last place I had taken it. I had to decide whether to pay out of pocket or go through insurance. I left North Shore debating on what I was going to do. I decided to go through insurance and ended up coming straight back to drop my car off at North Shore. They did not make me feel like I had to choose them to fix my car, but I really wanted to take my car here because I really trusted in them and their work. Over the past 7 or 8 years I have had numerous vehicles repaired at North Shore Collision. Max and his team provide excellent customer service, fast, fair price estimates, and quality work with an unparalleled eye for detail. And, I don't ever recall a time that my final invoice exceeded their initial estimate. I have taken vehicles there for major collision repairs, and a host of smaller things like reattaching mirror glass, painting and replacing a headlight washer cover, and small "ding" repairs and their work is always impeccable regardless of the size of the project. North Shore Collision was simply amazing from beginning to end. I went in to get an estimate for my 2011 Toyota Camry, i was greeted outside, walked in together, introduced to staff, paperwork was completed and I was out the door and in a rental in less than 30 minutes. It was too easy I thought surely something was missed. But it wasn't. I received text message updates on the status of my car repairs. When i arrived to return the rental and collect my vehicle i was pleasantly surprised to say the least. My car looked better than it did when i purchased it. NSC definitely exceeded my expectations! Do NOT take your car to North Shore Collision!!! We had our car towed there after an accident this week. They refused to release the car to our insurance adjuster until the insurance company paid $4500!! To be clear, North Shore Collision did absolutely **zero** work to the vehicle and yet thought they were entitled to basically hold our car ransom! Our insurance was able to "negotiate" a lower price ($2750!!!) for the vehicle. I was provided a loaner car that I was able to pick up and drop off onsite without any inconvenience to me at all. I was greeted with pleasantries in the office, then surprisingly asked to drive my car to the back so they could look closer.
