Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. My girlfriend was astounded with the result, telling me the car looked as if it were "two days old!" Please consider them the next time collision, paint or detailing work is needed!

Within 24 hours I heard from one of the owners and he was nothing but kind and extremely helpful. He even came out to look at my car in person that evening to confirm the damage. He reassured me that they could fix the dents and also had a rental car available to me free of charge. When I went to pick my car up around 1pm (9am drop off), I was blown away. I couldn't see the damage at all. I was so thrilled to see my car back in amazing shape after a tough week. I will always recommend Acci-Dent to anyone I know. I'm so thankful their quality work!

I wish I could leave a better review, because the actual paint job was fine, but their lack of…read moreresponse to phone calls and emails, and the repair that is still unfinished several weeks later makes this impossible. We needed work on both our front and back bumpers, because of separate incidents, and despite asking several times for separate estimates, they sent us a single one. I called and emailed them, and after waiting several more days, called again. They finally sent separate estimates (which were reasonable) so we made an appointment. The connections on both bumpers had been broken above the wheel wells. I mentioned this to several employees, including Tim, the paint manager. They promised that they would fix this, and the estimates included "repair." When I went to pick up the car, the back bumper was fixed, but the front bumper was still loose. I noted this, and they said that they would order the clips and let me know when they could complete the work. I haven't heard from them since then. After one week, I emailed them to find out when they could complete the work that we had contracted, but they didn't reply. Our front bumper is still loose on both sides. Because of this negative experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I wouldn't be surprised if half these reviews are from bots. These morons have little common sense…read morewhen it comes to cars. For example, I dropped off my Lexus IS 300 after an accident, trusted that they would fix my car, these idiots (I have to use polite language here) let my car sit in the dead of winter without starting my car, jimmy rig it so it so it can look like it wasn't their fault. Have suspicious billing practices, added miscellaneous repairs, but covered it with an oil change because they know that they killed my battery. Basically, if they have a contract with your insurance company, trust that they will overbill them significantly. They over-estimate the amount of work needed to be completed, charge dealership prices but do slum mechanic work. I'd stay far away from these con artists, just a bunch of washed up wannabe "fast and furious" technicians who are who want to joy ride in your nice cars because they don't get paid enough to buy their own. Somehow a lot more miles were put on my car after these Slow Diesels "fixed" it. My guess is someone is pocketing the money, but it's definitely not their mechanics because they can't even know wire a light properly and ground it properly, but bill for it anyways. I'd go somewhere else if i were you all, stay far away. I'd go back there to get my light fixed, but I'll just get the run around, which just gone make me far more upset than I need to be. Go somewhere else!

This shop simply does not understand customer communication and customer service. My vehicle was…read morein for a collision repair. It went in mid-July. I got it back at the end of August. During that time they never called me to give me a status. And when I called, several times I was given incorrect information. At one point I was told the vehicle was being detailed and would be ready the next day. In reality the repair was not complete because the technician had been injured and work had stopped. I understand things happen. I do not understand any service business failing to communicate. I felt they were just saying anything to get me off the phone. I was able to get my vehicle back and was told there was a molding that was on backorder and they would have to bring the vehicle back in when it arrived. Interior painting and sheet metal work could not be completed until they had the molding. I get it. Supply chains in virtually every industry are disrupted. However, 4 weeks later I had not heard anything from them. When I called the receptionist said "If we haven't called, it hasn't come in". That in my book is TERRIBLE customer service. Then she passed me to someone who said they thought it had come in and needed to check with their parts people and they would call me back. Of course they failed to call back. When I called again today I got the "If we don't call, it hasn't come in" routine again. I made it clear that I found that unacceptable and they should give me a weekly call. Perhaps they consider it ok to leave a customer hanging for weeks with no communication. I don't. I simply expect a period call to say we checked and it still isn't here. Whenever this repair is finally complete, I can comfortably say I will never do business there again.
