I was recently rear ended on my way to work. To my dismay, my car had a hole punched into the bumper from the frame of the vehicle that hit me - so very disruptive to the German styling of my Passat. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. Prestige auto works went way above and beyond what I could've expected when they fixed my Honda after an accident. The right front bumper where it met the forward vertical edge of the right car door were somewhat out of alignment from hitting a frozen snow bank a couple of years before this. But after the accident there was a much bigger gap and it looked dark in color and horrible. My auto insurance company could not be responsible for fixing it because I had no way of proving that the gap was a lot larger and very noticeable now. Imagine my surprise and delight when Prestige auto works fixed that problem without even charging me! The car was delivered back to me looking perfect, and they threw in a couple of awesome cookies, a map, a magnet for my refrigerator and a calendar. That company really gets what it means to exceed expectations! I would recommend them to anybody. And it was my automobile service man who recommended Prestige auto works to me. I seriously wish that I could give this place more than 5 stars. They were truly amazing. I went in after work for an estimate and they treated me great (I only have a 2014 Honda CR-V). They practice ALL Covid rules, so that put my mind at ease :). Less than a week later, I have an appointment and my car is looking almost new! They buffed out almost all the scratches my car had (even areas where I didn't request it to be done), secured my bumper (which has hanging off) and reattached my license plate. THEY EVEN CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR!!!!! The total cost was less than 200. They did an AMAZING job! I can not recommend them enough!!! Did I mention after I paid, they gave us cookies?! While on a road trip, our car got hit and incurred damages on every possible panel on the right side. Alicia M. had such a great experience here that I knew this was where I wanted to take my car for repairs. I took my car in for an estimate and the whole thing took about 45 minutes. They have snacks, drinks, and free internet while you wait. Every staff member here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Prestige also does a lot of the calls and insurance work for you. They sent in my estimate directly to the other guy's insurance and I expected I'd have to do it myself. When I got the go-ahead from insurance, I scheduled a time to bring in my car, and Prestige arranged a rental car rep to be there for me. The whole process was super smooth and easy, thanks to all of the staff and Guy, who did the estimate and was my contact for all of the work. The body work was exceptional and they cleaned the car inside and out. It looked brand new (and it's 8 years old!)! They even gave me a little bottle of paint so I can do touch ups if I need to. I don't have a single complaint about Prestige Auto Works. Not one. So, some asshat backed into my car in my parking structure and of course drove off...leaving $2000 worth of damages. (That individual better PRAY I never find them) PAW is the preferred body shop for both my dealership and my insurance - combined with all the great reviews, it was a no-brainer to use them. The process was painless - they handled all the paperwork, a car rental and completely detailed my car inside and out. Communication is top notch too - they were consistent with updates and the car was ready exactly as promised. What really sets them apart from the rest is their outstanding staff - they knew me by name after one visit. Their front desk person is as nice as can be and efficient too. Pick up literally took 2 minutes. Let's face it - having your car get slammed sucks. Prestige makes it bearable by having a clean, welcoming facility with great service. Recently purchased a vehicle from out of state and noticed some damages were on the vehicle that were not disclosed. After speaking with the dealership they stated for us to grab three estimates and which ever one we choose will send out a W9 for their work to get paid. Due to the great reviews, we decided to give Prestige Auto Works a go as one of the estimates. Advisor suggested since it has been in an accident for us to take it to Lexus to get a safety inspection done before they can give us an estimate. They were afraid of the condition of the car and felt it was a better route for us to take. They were afraid if they took off the bumper they would not be able to put it back. We trusted their judgement and took it in. We went to Lexus and got an inspection done 200 bucks out of our own pocket so that Prestige can give us a quote. Came out from Lexus inspection as "safe". So we took the car back to Prestige because liked the clean, professionalism that we initially had with them. This is where things went sour. We were at our 2nd visit to Prestige with safety inspection sheet in hand. We spoke to the Advisor and he kept giving us the run around. Stating the same thing. If we take the bumper off they may not be able to put it back without charging us and they are not sure if the dealership will cover that. I asked them what that difference would be so I knew how much it would cover. They said they don't know at this point until they take the bumper off. At this point it just seem like they were doing everything they can to get us out the door. Fast forward we eventually got escalated to Jim/GM so I asked them why did they tell us to go to Lexus and then go back to them if they already felt uncomfortable. He must have been offended that I asked that question so he started to give an attitude so of course my attitude came out as well. Jim/Gm stated that I don't need to give him an attitude because I got a messed up car from a dealership. That I need to stop taking my anger out of him. I told him clearly, I was not upset about the car but I was upset at the fact that they told us to get an inspection done, we do it, and they still give us a hard time about offering their service. If they didn't want to work on the car in the beginning, we would have not wasted out time going to Lexus, coming back and having this disagreement with them. He called us uneducated, raised his voice trying to use his power to talk over us as if we were his children. Poor employee (advisor) looked so helpless. 1. If they did not feel comfortable fixing our car due to whatever reason then just be assertive and say that straight out instead of making us go through hoops. 2. They accused another business entity / the dealership of not being able to pay for the work even without trying to communicate with them at all even when I offered a line of communication. 3. Kept accusing us of being upset about the car but that is definitively not the case. We believe the dealership will take care of their end. Am I disappointed about the car? Yes. But that is beyond the point I wanted to relay. Jim/Gm spent the whole time talking about how crappy the cars condition was and that we should have returned it instead of just helping us with our situation. I do not want to force them to fix our car but just BE UP FRONT about not being able to offer their service. Also to talk so negatively about the car, talk negatively about a another business entity, talk negatively to your customers and expect no lash back is ridiculous. In the future please be upfront with your customers and not give them the run around and maybe that will save everyone a a headache. They seemed professional at first, however, it seems they have a problem with dealing with other types of people. He tried to make us feel small but it wasn't working so he felt the need to over power us over and over again but we eventually told him that if wasn't going to understand that is that. We left. We were sick of making him understand where he and his team fell short. He kept trying to switch the narrative. read more

I didn't take them the typical fender bender, it was more like a caved-in rear bumper along with a case of crunched tailgate. No thanks to the Honda SUV who forgot to apply their brakes!! Regardless, Prestige Auto Works dialed in the vehicle back to perfect condition. In fact, better than the auto manufacturer ever did. They used all factory replacement components, no cheap aftermarket knockoffs. Their paint match to original is spot on, not even a hint of difference in hue or shine. The car came back completely detailed & ready to rock. But, what put I over the top was the lack of factory badges on the tailgate. I made a special request to not replace the badges & the fine folks at Prestige were happy to oblige. I appreciate their attention to detail. Prestige was kind enough to send me packin' with a vile of touchup paint for future dings. They also hooked me up with some yummy pre-package Prestige cookies. read more

My sentiments echo the favorable reviews already posted. My experience with P.A.W. was a five star experience. I hit a deer on Christmas Eve, was able to drive home and try to find reputable body shops. I very much respect the opinions of some of the Yelpers who had kind words for this place, and ultimately decided to take my car here. Given their busy schedule, they weren't able to take my car until the Jan. 20th, which wasn't a big deal for me since it was still drivable (though somewhat embarrassing to be seen in). The staff made the process very easy. The extremely courteous staff took care of all the dealings with my insurance company. They also kept me informed during every step of the process. They called me to inform me that they were taking my car in, that they identified additional damage once they were able to open the hood, the various dealings with my insurance company, and when my car was ready. (Sidebar - My insurance company, Allstate, insisted upon visually inspecting all new identified damage before approving repairs. I estimate that the time involved for waiting on Allstate call-backs, availability to inspect, and additional approvals extended the process by three days.). I probably received five calls in all, it certainly was nice to fully informed. They have a representative from Enterprise onsite, so obtaining a rental was nice and easy. Although I didn't need a ride to or from P.A.W., it was very nice knowing that they were willing to provide that service. The car looked brand knew when all the work was completed. They even took care to make sure that the metallic paint feature matched the rest of my car. I was provided with touch-up paint just in case it was needed. They detailed the car, and even got rid of those pesky salt stains on the rugs. I would most definitely recommend this establishment to everyone, and I would certainly do repeat business. SPEECHLESS....in a good way!!!!! Anyone who is looking for a quality repair shop, hands down this is it in the greater Milwaukee area! I live in Shorewood, am VERY particular about my cars and typically take all vehicles to a guy I know in Madison. Recently, it has become a hassle, so I thought I would give Prestige AutoworksPAW a try. I had concrete splatter on my 2004 Honda Pilot that needed fixing. Mike Schwister at PAW helped me out with the work. Very friendly, the estimate center is spotless with complimentary food and drink, bathrooms are spotless. All of the employees are extremely friendly and customer service oriented....it is truly unbelievable since I am not usually the friendliest looking guy, but they all asked me if I needed anything or if they could help me in any way. I ended up having the entire driver's side of the car repainted since the damage was so extensive. I was happy to have that work done alone, but they took the initiative to replace wheel well rubber stripping that needed it, as well took out 2 dents/dings from that side of the vehicle at no charge....amazing! In addition to the outstanding exterior work they also handwashed the Honda, dry cleaned the carpets, conditioned the leather, cleaned windows, used 2 floor protectors (instead of 1 like most places) and took time to find a small cardboard box to organize all the junk I had forgotten to take out before dropping the vehicle off...I mean who does that???? WOW, I love it!!!...oh yeah and a packet was left on the passenger seat with a cookie, Halloween treat and tips for protecting my new paint. *It's the little things that make all the difference* I will for sure be bringing ALL of my cars here in the future...I am so happy to find a quality repair shop in Milwaukee....so refreshing!!!!! Highly recommend Prestige Auto Works. I chose this place based on the reviews so thanks Yelpers. I bought a new Tesla Model S that had the front license plate bracket on the front bumper. From watching the YouTube videos I saw that I did not want to take it off myself due to the glue and having to have a special drill or drill into the screws. Keith responded within 24 hours of my written request and gave an estimate with an appointment time. Not only did they do an awesome job, they washed and vacuumed my car for no extra charge. In addition, Keith reached out to me the next to make sure everything was okay. (He did not ask for a review either). Staff was extremely friendly and they have a nice waiting room with WiFi. There is a reason why EVERYONE has reviewed this with 5 stars - they are THE BEST. My boss mentioned that he only brings his cars here to be detailed and taken care of. On an unfortunate morning, I came out to my car being side swiped outside of my house and knew that this was the place to bring it. Giving them a call they are really kind and take their time with you on the phone before brining the car in (able to bring it in almost immediately). Once you get there, you will see all of the exotic cars that they specialize in and start drooling. The office and waiting area is really clean and offer you a refreshment or snacks. They were able to fix the issues on my car and match the paint exactly, which they were a little hesitant to be able to 100% commit to. They are the best shop in the area and definitely going to take my car to get detailed there since my boss's car always looks amazing. I took my 2012 Lexus RX 350 (I was the middle car in a rear-end collision, not my fault) to Prestige, based on the reviews I saw on yelp and other places. I was not disappointed. They have the customer service thing down to a "T". While I appreciate the fact that they have coffee, soda, snacks, and their fabulous cookies, I was more impressed with the way each and every member of their staff handles every client interaction. They are top notch. The estimate was quick and accurate. They took the worry off my hands in contacting my insurance as well as the insurance for the person that hit me. Having Enterprise rental right there was amazing...and so hassle free. The squeezed my car in, even though they had a backlog into January, and when my bumper was backordered, they called multiple times with an update. They even checked to see how the electronics were set on my rear lift gate and took the vehicle to the Lexus dealer to get it reset correctly. Delivery of the vehicle back to me was a truly pleasant experience. The car was completely detailed...in pristine condition, and as the repairs were described, the pride of workmanship was evident. I would absolutely recommend this shop for repairs, even though they are located on the north side and I live on the south side. A company really needs to go "above and beyond" to get 5 stars. Here are the facts as to why I'm adding to their 5-star rating. My son was rear-ended. I had two repair-facility choices that would work for me. I read good reviews about PAW so they received my business. Any good repair shop can fix a car but here is where PAW excelled, in my opinion. 1. They scheduled my repairs right away. 2. A manager spent time with me thoroughly looking over my vehicle and explaining in MY LANGUAGE exactly what needs to be done to bring the car back to factory specifications again. 3. They called me to let me know when my vehicle will be worked on. 4. They called again to let me know how the repairs were going. 5. They called again to inform me that they were actually ahead of schedule. 6. They called again to let me know that my vehicle was repaired and will be painted. 7. They called again to inform me that my car had come out of painting and will be ready shortly. 8. Another call to let me know my car was ready to be picked up at my convenience. That's 6 phonecalls to keep me in the loop. My car was nicely detailed when I picked it up (which I almost expected, given the cost of repairs) I am pleasantly surprised that customer service such as this still exists. As someone who takes pride in their car, I thought their work was fantastic after the right rear door repair was done by them. Everything that people have said about the hospitality and care is true. But 2 years later I noticed they cut corners... I recently installed speakers in my doors. When I went to unhinge the door, I noticed two screws that held the door panel to the body were missing on both doors on the right. No worries, it was only 85 cents. A few days later I went to wash my car. When looking at between my rear spoiler and the hood for dirt, I found that the 3M adhesive was either reused or not properly secured when putting the screws back in because 1/2 of the adhesive had escaped the gap it should be securing. However the straw that made me write up this review was the careless loss of a large retainer knob that secures the door to the body (opposite side of the hinge) if an impact comes from an angle. I care about how the car looks and how safe it is back on the road. No matter how many cookies and free LaCroix waters are offered, simply quality control should be done internally. As a customer, I will certainly be looking at another shop next time. read more

Wow - not even as a customer they get a great review. I was a somewhat unwilling passenger to a friend getting some work done on his Lincoln. We got there, drove in and right away someone helped, got the details, marked the car with scratches/etc. and then off to get a rental (onsite!.) They have Enterprise there. Wonderful woman. She got a car, not the one my friend would like (being a car person.) So it was the last and we took it. It was kinda dirty and needed a wash. She said, not here, but on Brown Deer you can get it washed. Off to the wash we went. We got there at 6:02pm. Shop closed, no wash. So, why not dinner close. She called him, met him there, washed the car and asked if he wanted the other one she was driving. So, a bit a paperwork and now that one had to be washed. Long story, but great sevice on the Lincoln, great rental car. They got a double winner it appears. I will take a few of mine there now too... read more

I have been driving for almost 17 years without incident and wouldn't you know 4 months after I buy my first new car I get into a major accident! Needless to say I was distraught but Keith the PAW team make the process smooth and painless, despite all attempts by a certain gecko themed insurance company to do otherwise. Don't be intimidated when you pull up and see Ferraris, Porsches and Bentleys sitting out front, their is a reason people take their high end cars there. I have a VW GTI but Keith and his team treated it like it was one of a kind. He went out of his way to keep me informed on the progress and also fought the insurance company's insistence to put substandard parts on my car. They did a great job, and it looks as good if not better than it did before the crash. They even did an exceptional job detailing the car once it was complete, it was like driving it off the lot again. A body shop is the the type of place you want to be a repeat customer but it's nice to know that there is a shop that I can count on to get the job done right, it's a shame there are not more businesses like this in the world. This is my first Yelp review -- so that proves how impressed I was with PAW. My vehicle was parked in a garage, and some liquid dripped down the entire side windows and doors. I took my car to another shop in Milwaukee only to be told that the guy would "spend an hour trying to see if he can do anything about it, at $52/hr." He told me that he didn't know if he could fix it, but after spending about an hour, he would call and let me know how long he thought it would take -- he anticipated likely having to buff it all the way down and repaint. Oh, and possibly replace the windows. I decided to get a second opinion at PAW (a friend of mine had done a great Yelp review, so I figured I'd try them out). THANK GOODNESS I DID!! David took a look at my vehicle and decided to try to hand buff it, right then and there. He spent about 20 minutes talking to me and working on my car. It all came off, and he didn't charge me a penny. He wouldn't even let me give him a tip. I can't tell you how appreciative I am. There are not enough words to express how amazing my experience was at this place. I didn't know it was possible to have such a positive auto repair process. I was in an accident (that was not my fault) and had pretty substantial damage to my car (insurance deemed it non-driveable, even though it would technically still drive, because the structural damage was so bad). I heard about this place from my mother-in-law and I am SO glad I took her advice and decided to take my car here. Once I contacted Prestige about the work I needed done everything with getting my car repaired went super smoothly. They dealt with the insurance company (of the other driver) for me. They called and scheduled a rental for me. They had a shuttle come and pick me up from my house (A nice big mini-van with a very friendly driver who was very helpful with getting my little one's car seat in the car-and it didn't smell like smoke). They had a great waiting area for my kid to play while I signed all the paperwork. All the staff was really friendly and very sweet to my little boy. The guy who worked on my car took me out to the car to talk through the repairs before he did any work. Whenever anything changed he called just to give me a heads up and let me know (they found further damage once they got inside that had not been assessed by the insurance company and they called to have them come back out to approve the extra cost all without me having to do a thing). The BEST part about the WHOLE thing though was this: 1. THEY COMPLETELY DETAILED MY CAR!!! IT LOOKED AS GOOD AS THE DAY I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT! I seriously could not BELIEVE how clean they got it. I have a dog who rides in the trunk/hatch back of my car and he sheds. a lot. like I'm talking a ton. I had resigned myself to the fact that the back seat would forever be full of dog hair and they got it ALL out!!!! I didn't even think it was possible. I have taken my car to really nice places to get cleaned and I even paid for a detail once and they out right told me to not to expect much with the dog hair in the back. You wouldn't even know a dog had ever ridden in our car when I picked it up (let alone a messy toddler). I felt like I was driving a brand new car. 2. They did body repairs that were not related to the accident free of charge!!! I told they guy flat out that we couldn't afford it but when I picked up my car they had definitely spent extra time fixing minor body dents that were not related to the accident. This place was seriously amazing. HIGHLY recommended-in fact, you would be crazy to take your car anywhere else-especially if they other person's insurance is paying! read more

The whole process was very straightforward and stress-free. They even gave me a cookie after I handed over my credit card. To assuage the pain? If so, it worked. Phenomenal quality of work! My car had significant damage and they made it look new again. Also, having the rental cars available on site was really convenient. In addition, the comfort of the waiting room far surpasses any other body shop I've used in the past. Finally, and most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful. There was an issue with the insurance of the person who hit my car and Brian and Tina were so kind and helpful as I worked with the insurance company to resolve it. If I could give Prestige six stars, I would. I'm in New York City. My daughter got into a car accident in Milwaukee. Thankfully, she was not hurt, but the car suffered serious damage. I did some online research and found Prestige. I was impressed by its website and its obvious passion for making automobiles look great. It was approved by my insurance company, and everything about its operation oozed professionalism. I suppose that, given enough time and training, anybody can learn to fix a car. What impressed me most about Prestige was its customer service. From the first time I called, its employees treated me with concern, respect and compassion. Ultimately the insurance company declared the car a total loss, so Prestige never got to do the repair. During the whole process, however, everybody at the shop treated my daughter and me so wonderfully. They even cleaned out the car and delivered the contents to my daughter. All this great service when they weren't even going to make any money from doing the repair. These are wonderful people at Prestige. You won't find this at many commercial establishments these days.
