She was quick to answer any questions and stayed on top of showings and feedback. The closing coordinator, Chris, was also super-efficient and ensured our closing happened without a glitch. This entire team was an A+ in my book! We were hesitant to even list with an agent but that would have been a huge mistake. Joel got us a quick sale, a fair price and a smooth transaction. You couldn't ask for more. Listing with Joel was the best decision we made when deciding to sell our home.

Based on my past experience with this company, I do not believe our professional collaboration or any type of personal communication would be mutually beneficial.
