I'm sure they have excellent realtors and we probably got a bad draw. However, that directly led us to Christine. For a few months, Christine helped us look for a home in Brighton but we had bad luck with what we were looking for. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we suddenly needed to buy in Ann Arbor. Christine was super flexible and got us rolling into our dream home. She was always responsive throughout the process and was pragmatic when we needed it. Although I only worked with her on the buying side, Christine also sold a friend's home of mine in Brighton and I know they were super happy about how everything went. I understand this individual was thoroughly disingenuous, would not communicate with my friend's agent, tried very hard to scuttle the deal because things weren't going his way, lied about a number of issues, and illegally tried to have the closing postponed after the bank had committed the funds. The owner of the agency defended his malicious actions to the letter. My friend believes the two of them are related, which, in my mind, would be a fantastic argument for sterilization. My friend urges everyone to stay away from this agency at all costs. All the gilled creatures in this pond likely smell the same... pretty damn fishy if you ask me!

I already spoke to Joel, the owner of this business, of his blunder but his excuse was that his system was not able to transmit our information to the cloud/ internet... if this is true then avoid this company for its faulty computer systems and temperamental internet connection. Based on my past experience with this company, I do not believe our professional collaboration or any type of personal communication would be mutually beneficial. As previously stated, their insidious business practices make it hard to even communicate with them.
