I don't like to write negative reviews but felt the need . After a routine maintenance was to be done on my unit, when the tech left the A/C was no longer working. They advised me to purchase a new unit which I did. It was $1000 more for the same unit that I had purchased from them 2 months earlier at another property. It took several days for them to order a new unit for me. They left me borrow a portable unit and my condo was cooled to 82 degrees that week. When the new unit was installed the technician, using his torch, burnt my new LPV flooring in my front entrance where the utility closet is. So aggravated over the whole situation. I'm almost afraid to have them return. Initially I was satisfied with the company. but within the past year that has changed. I will not renew with the company. read more

I don't recommend this company any longer. I have been with them for a few years to do scheduled a/c service check-ups every 6 months. On several occasions they would send out service techs that did not know a Trane a/c. There was only one person, Chad, that was reasonably knowledgeable. However, this last service check-up Chad told me the coils in the indoor unit had a leak and it would cost $3200 to replace. At first he told me it would cost $3600. I had a second opinion completed by a different a/c company and there was no leak. Business must be bad to invent a problem to make money and a commission. I also feel that he was taking advantage of being a senior woman to believe him. read more

Accutemp is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in Palm Coast. All they want is to take your money and do nothing to help you if their workmanship is shoddy. In addition when they recently finished an installation they left a copper tube hidden in some weeds and never told us about it which resulted in my Husband accidentally picking it with the weed eater and all the expensive free on leaked out. I was panicked and called them for help and they did come and present us with a $2,000 bill to fix it, but accepted no responsibility for not informing us of the hidden pipe in the weeds. Then we called another AC company who came right out the next day and did a great job of fixing it for only $900. An $1100 savings for us. All they do is take your money and now, say that because I had to have another company fix it, I lose my labor warranty on this $7,000 unit. Settle on a Diakin system for a set price. Next week install also was very professional. Techs came to my home on time and ready to work. Did an outstanding job on the install and did a lot f work not in the agreed scope of work to make it right. The system works awesomely. Looks great and is so quiet. They sold my brother a new unit that was actually used! Now they are refusing to give warranty work or service the a/c unless he puts in all new ductwork via them of course. After two months it quit working and he opened it all up and it's filled with dirt. When they brought in the machine it wasn't even in a box. read more

Not Recommending their service. I have ordered air duct cleaning they did a job poorly bad. And brake an air duct pipe and not responsible to fix that. Looks like they do have not enough technicians to do their job well, instead, they have a bunch of managers who will sell you a product you need(and you don't need). Have charged the same price as other companies, but the air duct has been half cleaned. The technician as he says hates that job to do air duct cleaning, he likes only AC installation where he can get a lot of money. They have sent a message 5 star rating technician will come to do a job. (who is rate that technician, and how - nobody knows that). Check not fake reviews on google but check their BBB rating. They are providing discounts to leave a good review on Google, which means their review is fake. read more

After restoring our home after Irma in 2017, we were flooded again with Hurricane Nicole. We had replaced our HVAC in 2017 and called the same company only to be told they don't deal in Daikin anymore, so it would be $13000! Needless to say we were sick over it. I called Accu-temp and they immediately assured us they could replace just our outside unit for less than $4500. They were efficient, kept appointments and our new unit is in and running great!
