The lady was so mean and rude to him, it's was really hard to watch. They are low staffed on doctors and the appointments are weeks to months out. Dr. Chase was cordial, relaxed, organized in his thinking and sharing of medical information with me, considerate of my questions and unhurried. He gave me a thorough evaluation and recommended I be seen by another specialist and he offered to set up the referral. He also washed his hands when he came in, a practice so many doctors and medical staff have given up when they started using gloves. I wish all my medical contacts could be like this one. Thank you. But there was no way that I imagined the outstanding care that I would get from the kind and efficient staff at Gold Country Hearing! When I went in for my hearing test, they had already checked with my insurer so that they could tell me what would be covered and what I could expect to pay. I had a very small co-pay for the top of the line technology and I was delighted that I didn't have to call and check on my insurance, it was already done for me! They spent a lot of time with me, explaining things and testing my hearing; they asked me about what was most important for my hearing and my lifestyle. The audiologist was so professional and knowledgeable that I felt very secure with her recommendations. When I had questions she patiently answered them in great detail. Nothing was left unexplained. My hearing aids arrived in about a week and I went back to have the fitting. They explained more things to me, including how my hearing aids can be hooked up through Bluetooth to my telephone or television! She even GAVE me the Bluetooth unit. They have me come back to review things and make sure that I have everything I need and if my hearing aids need any adjustments, they gladly do that on my visit. I even get free hearing aid batteries! Seriously amazing care and service here. If you suffer from hearing loss, you owe it to yourself to visit Gold Country Hearing. My partner initially had this appointment himself and recommended them to me because of the staff, their service level and location. The building is clean, well decorated, and and in a beautiful location. The staff were extraordinarily kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was their genuine helpfulness and supportive approach - they took the time to answer all my questions, ensure I was comfortable and gave us great personal attention during our time. Even though my appointment ran over the scheduled time, the staff remained patient and thorough, never making me feel rushed. About 7 years ago my Mom was fitted with her first pair of hearing aids from a hearing aid center…read morein Roseville, CA. Unfortunately, those hearing aids never meet her needs as they didn't work well, were very difficult to maintain and nearly impossible to change the batteries. At some point she had gave up on them and stopped wearing them. in late December of 2023 we were referred to Imagine Hearing Solutions through an insurance provider. I scheduled my Mom's first appointment for a hearing test for mid January. Janene (a licensed audiologist) was very friendly yet professional and made my Mom feel totally comfortable. She was very thorough in asking lots of questions and then explaining all the options to my Mom and why she did not have success with her previous hearing aids. My Mom selected her new hearing aids and had impressions taken for her new hearing aids. She was very excited about the potential of finally being able to have improved hearing. We were notified about 2 weeks after her first appointment that her new hearing aids had arrived. I contacted Janene and we had her new hearing aids fitted on February 5th. Once again, Janene was very thorough in explaining how to use the new hearing aids: from inserting, charging, cleaning, using the phone app to select the different filters, and answering any questions my Mom had. Since then Mom has had 2 additional follow up appointments and Janene has gone above and beyond addressing any concerns and insuring she is having the best possible experience with her new hearing aids. I encourage anyone that has hearing difficulties to make an appointment with Janene at Imagine Hearing for a hearing test.
