Out of three other plumbing companies, Jesse from Burgie's was the only one that actually took the BTU rating from each of my gas appliances and calculated the total gas demand to determine whether or not my home had sufficient supply to accomidate another gas appliance. Jesse performed the installation, pressure tested the complete gas circuit which passed inspection the first time. We had to move a water heater and install a water softener in our home. Travis and Jessie came out to do this project which took all day to complete. These two were well versed on local plumbing codes, very familiar with the products installed and liked to follow "old school" procedures. I found them to be amongst the very few plumbers who still know how to sweat solder copper piping and finish the joints properly. They weren't the cheapest plumber in town, but the quality, craftsmanship and honesty was unsurpassed! We were lucky enough to have Burgie's do the project for us. Last summer our AC went out and we called Todd Edwards Air Conditioning and he came out the very next day and helped fix it he put freon in it and said it that it would work until next summer. Well now it is next summer and the AC unit is not working again but this time a bunch of friends recommended jungle cat AC air conditioning. So we went with them. It has now been over 3 weeks since they came out filled it with freon. Then they said they needed to order the part and that it would be in by the end of the week it is now two weeks since that had happened and they still haven't called or come out to fix it so finally today they called and said they would be out to fix it let's hope they come out. Now I wish I would have stayed with Todd Edwards Air Conditioning he is the best..

Our AC and Heater had been out for almost 2…read moreweeks, we found out that 2 lines had rubbed together and caused a pin sized hole which leaked all our refrigerant out. First company quoted us $4000, another $3200 and another $2500 for our repairs. Our system holds 13.25lbs of R410A refrigerant. We understand that these times are not the easiest and companies have to make their money but for the repair we needed we felt those previous quotes were way too high. Praise God we held out and waited for FlowAir to call us back because they saved us a bunch to where we still can't fathom. Long story short Scott came out and fixed our issue and got our system back up and running. You have a new customer for life. We started to have drying problems with our dryer. An error regarding restricted air flow…read more I took apart some of the dryer and really did a cleaning removing stuff that got pass the dryer screen but to no avail. Same error kept coming up. Called Arrowseal to come out and do a vent cleaning. We used them about 2 years and boy did a bunch of crap come out of the vent when they serviced us. Paul showed up on time and after so explaining what was happening he asked if we had roof recently replaced. We did and he thought it was a problem with a screen being inadvertently placed in the dryer vent. He went up and sure enough there was screen blocked with lint. Smart guy! Anyways we had the vent cleaned and will probably add that to our home maintained routine. We previously had them install a solar tube and were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company. Now we are thinking of a whole house fan and we will have them perform the installation when the time comes.

I received a call from a friend to use Arrow Seal for my dryer vent on the roof that was starting…read moreto shed. Yes, the lint was getting stuck/trapped, etc. I hope I'm right here. "paul" was on time and with a heads up, " I'm headed to you" call . He quickly pulled out my dryer and cleaned it out , then started on the duct system after looking at the roof vent. Paul ran his cleaner and vacuum that made the duct spotless! A tech trick on the roof vent and he was all done . Their cost is reasonable! Yes, Reasonable! Cheaper than the yep replies!
