I received my receipt and form completed via email 5 days later. I still did not receive my physical forms in the mail, so I called the number provided with the TCN #. I was informed that the background check and fingerprints were mailed to me, BUT THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I looked at the forms I filled out and I did put my correct address. This means that they carelessly sent sensitive information to an incorrect address. That is completely reckless and careless behavior as a company that handles sensitive information.

The following Monday I talked to Grace who was very startled I paid 60 and alarmed that it definitely cost 80 , when I called to confirm all the paperwork before mailing my fingerprints. She made me very nervous that I did some wrong. I explained to Grace that she just explained the exact process that the previous employee did. I asked her to maybe next time not be so alarmist. I don't think she had bad intentions but I do think a refresher on the website , and that a client can click through options with various methods. Website was very easy to use and understand after my first initial call. But Grace made me so nervous that I clicked the wrong thing . If the owner would like more details I'd be happy to provide .
