I got here and there isnt even a welcome desk to talk to an actual person just check in kiosks. So I went to the delivery door to see if they would take the sample since it was already done and labeled. They told me I had to make an appointment... for what? I already had the lab sample. It just needed to be dropped off. They would not take it. I went in to make an appointment at the kiosk, again so annoying that you can't talk to anyone at the front, and the soonest they could see me was 4 hours later!!! I am beyond annoyed, especially since they didn't have to do ANYTHING except take the bag that was prelabeled and packaged and already completed.

Maria in particular was very dismissive, rude, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I repeatedly explained what medication and prescription format I needed, yet they continued sending incorrect prescriptions, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and lack of urgency every step of the way. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and competent care -- none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
