I am hoping I can get it fixed and / or all of my info off to a new laptop. There have been REPEATED calls by both the property owner and the property manager . Each time they were informed, someone would be out to rectify the situation. No one ever came out. I have called and left a message. I expect this to be settled. Your company owes me a new laptop as well as compensation for having to clean up water everywhere in both bedrooms on multiple occasions.
