For the past three months I have had to deal with a jet stream of water shooting into all of my front windows at 3:00a m. -- ONCE MORE, I am on the SECOND FLOOR. I awoke one morning to find my laptop ( $1,500 H.P Envy ) and my Samsung galaxy S22+ FLOATING in TWO inches of water. My laptop was destroyed. All of my work files, all of my photography, are gone. I am hoping I can get it fixed and / or all of my info off to a new laptop. There have been REPEATED calls by both the property owner and the property manager . Each time they were informed, someone would be out to rectify the situation. No one ever came out. I have called and left a message. I expect this to be settled. Your company owes me a new laptop as well as compensation for having to clean up water everywhere in both bedrooms on multiple occasions. Otherwise, I will be taking you to small claims and suing for the highest amount for damages, anxiety, etceteta.
