Customer service was great. I forgot my coupon and they worker who I believe was the owner gave me a discount anyway. I know that won't happen everytime but it was really nice of him to do. New to the AV still and forgot I needed to get a Smog Check. While most places I asked turned me away or never responded, this place definitely made sure to get back to me. That was definitely appreciated! So I decided to go in for my Smog and no longer than it took me time to sit down and open my phone for a bit before time flew and it was done. Definitely a great place and first impression! I definitely will be coming back with the rest of my cars when needed. Also very happy with the price and well worth the value with everything going up these days! Too bad I can only give 5 stars, this was easily worth 10! Cheers! read more

After having to leave the guy who has smogged my cars for decades, I checked here and left very happy. My cat and 02 sensors were asleep, so the owner told me what to do. I came back, rock n rolled and got some info to possibly prevent the P0301 code, Im getting in my van. Kidos to him read more

And in response to several customer reviews I've noticed below regarding the owners' attitude towards neighboring shops ...I've actually witnessed several confrontations they've had with these neighbors as well as their neighbors' customers. This is a very crowded complex with several automotive shops. The parking is very limited, and ALL the shops are under contract to NOT have overnight parking as they do! This added parking interferes with the access to the smog shop and also takes away their allotted THREE parking spaces and thus they have to constantly ask the other shops AND their customers to NOT take up their spaces. The smog shop is very busy and should not have to constantly break away to make way for their own customers.

I'm always nervous about going to repair/test shops. You never know what you're going to get if you've never been there before. I called the day before and Ed gave me all the information I needed on how to get my Smog Check. When I asked about the cost, he added that if I didn't have a coupon, just remind him when I get there. Wow. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.
