This is the second time I've had my vehicle smog certified at this location. I went back today because the first time was such a positive experience. I was not disappointed. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me when I arrived. I waved and Jesse came to my vehicle, welcomed me with a friendly greeting and a handshake, took my paperwork, and promised to get me in quickly. He did. I was able to park in the shade and wait on a very hot day. All was smooth, friendly, fun and professional. Hope they are still there the next time DMV makes me get a smog certificate. I passed. That was good, too. No appointment needed. They electronically file the paperwork with DMV. It's nice to go to YELP to leave a good review, instead of a complaint. read more

Getting a smog check on a 2008 van is stressful due to the age of the vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly older gentleman while the younger male started the vehicle check. When it was done, the younger male told me the van passed, with a smile, and was pleasant while finishing the paperwork. Deeply disappointed by my experience with this business. Called to confirm smog check price, and was told it was 50 dollars. After the smog was done, it ended up being 70 dollars. Apparently, they also charge a smog certificate fee for an extra 20. It's not the extra money that bothers me so much, but the lack of clarity and communication by the business. When called to confirm a price, why not disclose the full fee, both the service and the certificate fee? This made me lose total trust, as if I couldn't walk in to get a service done without having to watch my back and triple check added charges. I'm glad other people have had better experiences, but this is not the place for me. read more

Most places are pass or don't pay not this place. They inspected my vehicle and said it wouldn't pass due to an aftermarket catalytic converter but continued to hook it up to the machine and smog the vehicle so I would have to pay the $70 fee. So beware and if you do decide to go there, go at your own risk. Very shady and dishonest. read more

My cars check engine light was on but I missed it, in fact it was my first time going to And that is my first time going to a smog check and I didn't know about the check engine light but the guy saw it and proceeded to take $60 of my money and told me that if I wanted to recheck it would be $30 if it past the next time and $60 if it didn't and all he told me was well I have a feeling it was because you left your gas your fuel cap open so just disconnect your battery drive it for 100 miles and come back and this guy is going to charge me another $60 if this doesn't work so do not go to that do not go to him read more

My car was running good, no problems, no warning lights. After they couldn't pass the smog, several warning lights came on, including check engine light. Worse, the car barely made back home, herky jerky, no acceleration. When I called about this, they said there's nothing they could or would do. Took my Acura there October 2018 for smog. My check engine light was on upon arrival. They still wasted my time and money even though they knew I couldn't pass smog (I didn't know that I couldn't pass smog with the light on). After having me wait, doing the smog, then they come and tell me. Not very honest. They offered 1/2 off a re-smog. I said no, they should have told me to fix it and then smog it. For my other car, I went to Quartz Hill Smog Only, much more professional and decent. read more

I am unfortunately a woman that has had notoriously bad experiences with unfair business practices attached to my gender in the past. Every time I went by myself without a "male" chaperone smogging my car always ended costing more than the coupon price by $50 or more if I wanted to pass without having to retest. (Which is not always free I learned in one of my many smog test misadventures.) How nice to have nothing negative at all to report in my experience doing business with Smog All. I needed an unusual non-registration related smog test on a vehicle that had been sitting without a battery for months. The dreaded OBD "not ready" refusal never even raised its head. I called, briefly explained my issue, I was quoted a fair price and told it could be done that same day, and was in and out, with my administrative problem remedied. I never even gave a thought on enlisting a man to accompany me as I was never made to feel someone should've bought me dinner first as I had been in the past with other businesses.
