His daughter explained everything to me since he was with a customer and she was very professional and knew what she was talking about. First I would like to say, the work is great. No issues on install. However, the girls sales tactics were bad. After she had told me about the carbon selection, I let her know i was referred (they told me to mention that when we spoke on the phone). She then says she can only discount the ceramic because the carbon is already on "spring discount". Odd that a referral discount is only good on certain options. What got me upset is when I got back to pick up the vehicle. She was accepting payment and said she put in the referral so its only 325$. Which is the original price she gave me from the start. When i asked for the front window done she said she only does ceramic on front because legal purposes. When I picked up vehicle, i asked her again "so you cant do carbon on the front? She said I mean if thats what you want. I said Yes, it is?!? Lol she quoted me 200$ which is the same she quoted for ceramic. I called her out on that, she said oh because I am nice i was going to give you ceramic for 200$. I feel played by a girl that forgets what she says after she says it...but the tint looks nice read more
