They gave me a 12pm-3pm window and the tech arrived a little after 12 so it was nice nit having to wait so long. He was very nice and explained everything as he was inspecting and allowed me to ask any questions. Turns out my fireplace is in great shape, was rarely used by the previous owner, and is easy to clean myself. So rather than pushing me to have him clean it, he simply charged the inspection fee. I called on a Sunday afternoon and requested emergency tech service. ACD was able to accommodate us after checking with the tech. Leo did an awesome job despite the 100+ degree heat. He had to go Up on the roof. He even wore a mask and booties, while inside the house, to respect Covid protocols since we had a toddler and immunocompromised people at home. My husband and I recently purchased our home at the end of April and were told by our home inspector that we had a cracked panel in our fireplace that would need repair. We waited til the fall to have our chimney serviced and sent messages off to a few different places. We got a response back from ACD and scheduled a call. Though we only got pricing for the inspection and basic cleaning, we were hoping to get some type of estimate for the panel but were told that the technician would have to inspect it first for accurate pricing. Our first appt was rescheduled due to the tech experiencing an injury (completely fine, things happen). They were able to get us scheduled two days later. I appreciated that ACD reached out to us early enough in the day instead of last minute. On appt. day they came out about an hour earlier than expected. For me it was fine and worked out better but hopefully they would be able to stick to the original time if someone preferred it. Eli and Eres were very professional and kind when they came in to my home. When I scheduled the appt I asked to make sure the techs were wearing masks even when not cleaning as a precaution for COVID. I was happy to see them abide by that request. They looked at my fireplace and immediately said it needed to be deep cleaned which would would cost more than double the basic cleaning quote. My only ask is that I wish I was told the deep cleaning price ahead of time and also was provided with a breakdown of how one determines which is needed. Luckily the panel only needed to be repaired and not replaced. They took less than and hour and even touched up the paint in the fireplace to make it look cleaner. I was happy they stuck around a few mins to answer my fireplace usage/maintenance questions. My only small complaint was that when they used my sink they did get some soot on the spout and left a dirty boot print on my kitchen mat. I'm not sure if they noticed but I was really grateful it wasn't carpet. All in all I was happy with my service. If all goes well during this season, we would have them back for a basic cleaning next year. read more

I requested service from this company because my gas fireplace won't light. This company informed me that they do not repair gas fireplaces only clean them. He refused to take my money like other companies would've and because of that, I give this company four stars. The owner is a professional and responded respectfully to all of my text messages. I would've given this company a five star rating, however i reduced there score by one star. If the company would've sent out a technician to complete the inspection and informed me what the problem is and then said We do not repair gas fireplaces. Five stars would've been rewarded. Customers who request help need to be informed so they can make an educated decision on how to move forward with there project even if the company that found out the problem cannot do the job. By showing up, conducting an inspection and informing the customer. You will more then likely have that customer for future business. This company's owner is a honest person and even tho, a technician never came out to my home and did an inspection. I called ACD and they were able to come out within a couple days which was amazing. They're staff were extremely insightful, helpful and fast. Just getting started with the dryer vent he pulled out a thick impacted lint ball that could have definitely started a fire . I am thankful and grateful. I recommend covering your furniture when you get the chimney cleaned . They do run the vacuum the entire time they're cleaning but there's a layer of soot on things that was easily wiped down . Don't take the bait! They are the cheapest inspection in town, $89, they will inspect from the ground without going up on the roof and then slap you with a $700 basic repair. No mercy! Beware! If there was a minus "star" this awful outfit would deserve it. They came up with an estimate of over $9,000. to make repairs to a standard, single story, brick and mortar fireplace. No license number on their paperwork, no indication of special certificates for this kind of work. A second licensed, certified contractor, without seeing the ACD Team Solutions report, judged the fireplace to be "a tank." Very, very minor repairs that could be done by the home owner. The fireplace is completely safe to use. It did not even need a cleaning, yet ACD wanted $545 to clean "Level 2" creosote buildup and that was just the beginning. I am thinking of reporting them to the State Contractors Board and the Better Business Bureau. The written report was noting but lie, after lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

We have an older house and have never used the fireplace in the 4 years we have been here. Heater broke recently, and it is freezing in our home. I sent in a request for more information and and received a reply the same day in a few hours. By the time I was able to get back to them with my info and phone number it was after hours. Thinking I would have to wait another day I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call around 7pm and was fit in for an appointment the next day. Technicians Erez and Leo are great, and easy to talk to. I felt like they gave a very thorough inspection. Erez even offered a few suggestions on what was a must do, and what can wait a bit. I went with the basic cleaning and the rain cap. Leo also showed me photos of a potential gutter problem not related to the chimney cleaning but could cause additional problems down the line. The worked quickly and efficiently, and were very clean. Even filled a crack that was from water damage on the back of the chimney. Before they left, they even changed out rain caps for one that was a better fit for our chimney. Price was as quoted and very reasonable. I haven't been this happy with a company's service and price in a long time! I called them to clean my wood-burning fireplace. They gave me an appointment within a few days. Leo called a half hour before he arrived and was right on time. He was respectful and clean about his work and was very nice and informative. He fixed a small crack in the crown for no extra charge and told me it will need further attention in the next few years.
