Fast, friendly, and did my alterations in a reasonable time. I took in three pairs of pants to be hemmed. The did a quick fitting and then told me I could pick them up in a few days. I showed up and everything was perfect. The best thing I can say is that the next day I wore one of the pants I had altered and someone said, "those pants look great." It was a little on the expensive side (more than I paid for the dress) because there was a lining and a chiffon layer, but the work was pristine and beautiful. It took a week. I've been to the other tailoring places in American Fork and they do good work, but they were on the expensive side and TATs were often 10 - 14 days even with simple hems, so I've started coming here. It wasn't on Yelp but I found it from driving by. The rates are cheaper and turnaround is much quicker. I had a pair of pants hemmed most recently, the cost was $12 and they were ready to be picked up in 2 days. I've had several pairs of pants hemmed and made into shorts and the work was good. I also just dropped off a western shirt to have a seam repaired. He charged me $5 and said it'll be done in one day. The man who owns the place is very humble and kind, so be sure to bring him your business, especially if you want your stuff done quick. It's right next to Subway on state street. read more

What happens if there are problems? When my needs were not perfectly met, the owner suggested several options to help resolve things, trying to find a way we could work the situation out agreeably. These guys where able to get me in and fitted in under 15min and the project was finished opening night, right when I needed it. Such a great place! We had to have a nice pair of pants altered for my hard to fit son (very tall very thin) for homecoming. We ordered a suit online The jacket fit nicely the pants... a disaster. We only a couple of days for alterations. The owners had us bring them over right away. They were finished in plenty of time for the dance and fit him perfectly, in fact better than any pants he's ever owned. The people helping us were courteous and very knowledgeable. The price was better than other alteration services I have used with a much better outcome. I can't stress the much better outcome part.
