When I finally received it they had sent a dress 4 sizes larger than what I ordered. I had no time to send it back for the right size so I would HAVE to have it altered. It is a floor length satin dress and the first 2 places I called said they had no time and that June is wedding season so I probably wouldn't find anywhere that could do it. That is when a friend recommend Carmen, I went and she said she could do it. The time came and it was cut close but she did an amazing job. She had to bring in the sides top to bottom and the pleated waist and bloused cowl neck need shortened and narrowed. The corset back had to be lifted since waist was shortened. She moved up the bottom loops to the top to allow the corsett to tie down the entire back. I was very pleased with the outcome and was complemented all night on how well the dress looked on me. They create miracles!!! Thank you and you will ALWAYS be where I go for my alt ration needs. Ill be sure to add photos when I get them.

Came here on October 25th and dropped off one suit jacket. It was ready for pickup on November 30th. Not a great turnaround time. My suit jackets shoulder pads were protruding a bit. Most of the jacket fit decently, just the shoulders needed some adjustment. I tried it on when I dropped it off and the girl made some notes and felt she was clear on what was needed. She said they would need to order the shoulder pads and get them replaced. They said one week. I didn't hear anything for two weeks so I called them myself. The woman said they just ordered the shoulder pads and would take a week to get them and have them inserted. Okay...already a week overdue. 1.5 weeks go by so I called them again. No answer. I got a call back and someone said I'll need to try the jacket on before they do any work on it - 2 weeks overdue....and no call to reach out to me informing me of this information. I shouldn't have to keep calling for them to tell me they need more information - they have my telephone number. Eventually got my jacket back and fixed. Waiting over a month and no communication costed me $110. - 1 star for lack of communication - 1 star for being expensive and no discount given - 1 star for taking wayyyy too long to handle one jacket - 1 star for the overall inconvenience

There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.
