We love coming here for our water. We used to only use the dispensers outside, but if you take your bottles in they get a 'jet blast' to clean them out a bit before refilling. Also, if you've got more than 2 bottles to fill, it's a lot faster to take them inside. The owner is delightful and so kind to us every time we come in. We use the punch card for a free "11th" bottle. Highly recommend! read more

We tried the outside dispensers a couple of times and determined that their water just wasn't for us. A few days later, we were using the Primo dispensers next door outside of the grocery store, when the owner of the water store came out to ask why we weren't buying from her instead. We let her know that the very expensive alkaline water would be nullified by the lemon we use. (Not to mention that are literally zero benefits to it that are backed by science after multiple studies, but I wasn't going to go there, and even if we did, she interrupted us.) She then talked over us and asked why we didn't buy the regular water. We let her know that it just wasn't for us, especially since it was the same exact price (which seems counterintuitive to a business strategy, but I digress ...) She then just gave us a look of total judgemental disgust and shook her head. Talk about a way to endearing yourself to customers! I totally understand just asking our reasons, but to be so mean about it was a real turn off. She needs to be careful -- this is a small town and experiences like that travel fast. The store has only been open a few months, so I suspect its not doing as well as expected considering she has to come out and accost potential customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning or patronizing the business in any form or fashion. I'm already upset about the $10 or so of the water we bought outside before. If I could give the business zero stars, I would. I do not recommend Ace-1 Water whatsoever. read more
