I have been a customer of Kinetico Las Vegas for more than 11 years with an RO / filtration and…read morewater softener systems and take seriously affecting a business by a bad review. But Kinetico LV now is trouble. The techs here are very knowledgeable and polite, trained by Bob B who had a lifelong career in LV water and solutions. But the office staff or manager are bad news. They do not supply the techs with lists of what chems etc Kinetico RO systems and filters remove and could not tell me how to obtain a list! Finally a tech mailed it to me. And Kinetico LV no longer have carbon copy receipts so though you sign and initial three pages of docs the company does not provide the techs a copy for the customer, you have to call the office. It took me weeks and multiple calls to get a copy of what I signed from the office staff - and we are not talking electronic, you sign paper and they will not give you a copy (which they had me wait two weeks for a tech's next appt to bring it to me!). Refusing to give customers a copy of your signature gives Kinetico LV the appearance to be in financial or legal trouble. The Kinetico Las Vegas office do not timely follow up nor return their messages and last time they failed to call to notify me of my appt time window. Ten days ago the tech identified the problem with my water softener, disconnected it and said the office would call me the next day, but no call, no solution. When I called the office today she had no idea what I was talking about and said she would have to check with the tech later today and call me back - the office staff treat the customers' service needs as a problem. I've not been unpleasant to them, just firm in my requests. You cannot get the name of nor talk to a manager, despite asking. I don't know if there is one and I don't know who the Sam J is replying to posts here. Again, the techs are good, but the office stands between them and you the customer. Kinetico Las Vegas has developed real problems. Though I soon need a new water softener because of the above I will have to reconsider purchasing from Kinetico LV. And by the way, when I called for my RO filters service appt they suggested I come in, get the filters and do it myself! This again is from a long time customer advising you of a change in Kinetico LV. Too, I will doubt the sincerity of any reply from them here unless they say "we value constructive criticism and we're fixing us" and then do so. I will post back.

The knowledge he has,ability to answer our questions, and mostly him being focus on presenting us how the system works, what are the benefits, why we should get that system, what are differences. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Fast, knew exactly what he is doing, very polite, and professional. We are extremely happy with choosing Puragain Water system, starting from the sale,through installing, to the results. My wife's friend said, "hey, you need to try PURAGAIN"... so we did and WOW... what a pleasant relief. Let me tell you... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. The absolute best personality and best presentation on the PURAGAIN product. Appliances and water fixtures are stained. My hair is like straw. Water taste- gross. Ugh-when it's laundry tine. Still using bottled water for everything but dishes- etc; Absolutely cringe at shower time. I'd like to dump it in Lowes parking lot. Now we get to purchase a new water softener ( the removed one was fairly new) & salt pellets. ( husband gave 5 bags away) Other alternative. Replace all the galvanized plumbing.
