I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.
