Everyone was very pleasant, and most of my car was cleaned spectacularly. Looking through my windshield has never been more HD! However, there was a small area near the rear door that was missed. I hate to do this. However, was rough start to finish. I had a car that needed some serious love as a preface before I brought it in. I was told no problem and that there might be a $15 up charge it needs heavy cleaning. Once I got there they decided to up charge me all the way to $60 and told me they would wash it and get everything off my windows specifically, for an additional 15. Totaling $215. I made sure to tip well for Covid workers and hopped in my car and drove away. $245... As I was pulling away, I noticed food and wrappers in between the driver seat and the center counsel along with the same thing on the other side. I turned around and vacuumed it out myself. Windows and mirrors didn't look like they were cleaned with window cleaner inside and out. Cracks and crevices still had visible dirt. I worked directly with John. Preparing to go on a 12hr drive for the holidays, I needed to get the car cleaned to allow kids to comfortable sit/sleep in the 2nd row of the Subaru Forester. I have the kids that accumulated a mess in the 2nd row. Additionally, I was in the process of moving, so there was still stuff that I had not unloaded. I knew it was excessive work and told John to just place the stuff in plastic bags to let me sort out later and get access to deep cleaning. But this place definitely gave me hope. John was sooo informative to the services I wanted. He let me know what they do, how long it would take and price. For the price, this place does a good car wash. I paid $22 for my midsize SUV to get an interior and exterior clean. Be prepared to wait though-everything is hand done here and I waited 2 hours for my car wash and it wasn't busy on a Tuesday afternoon. I would imagine the wait is much longer on a weekend. I also had some salt on my carpets from last winter which was still there after my service. The No Appointment Needed was very important as we didn't have much notice when Mom was going to be released for the hospital. They even provide a shuttle service within 6 miles so my sister could stay at the hospital with my mom, and John dropped me back at her house. The work they did was fantastic! They got all the smoke smell out and they were even able to strip all the nicotine stains out of everything. My mom nearly cried when she saw how good her van looked. It hadn't looked that good since it came off the lot. John, the owner, was very nice and I really enjoyed talking with him when he dropped me off. We took our lease vehicle here before we turned it back in. I wish I had taken it in much sooner . It is absolutely gorgeous. It looks better than when we got the car from the dealership ! We dropped it off on a Saturday morning and they called us when it was ready. It did take several hours but it was worth it. We had two years of 2 100 lb labs accumulated dog hair in the car. Can't see a dog hair at all now. Absolutely amazing. John is so nice and honest. His staff is so nice too. The gentleman that detailed our car went over the top. They offered me a ride home while the car was being details and a pick up after. What? How awesome is that? I took them up on picking me up and bringing me back. When I came back and got in my car, I could not believe it! This thing looks brand new! Just got my truck done, full service in and out (the #8) $23 for a truck. Be prepared, this takes longer than you think, waited about 15 minutes and then it was my trucks turn. The wash etc. took at least half an hour maybe 45 minutes. Was it ever worth it, I have never had a wash like this before in my life!
