With the unlimited package for only $20 a month you can go once a day for a car wash. They even have a dedicated lane for members so you breeze right through. Their vacuums are great and they have several size nozzles so you can get in the small crevices to really get the inside of your car clean. They have people towel drying after you get out of the car wash which is a nice added touch. Everyone working here has always been friendly and it seems they stay open a little later than some of the other car washes. It's a great value for their monthly package and with daily washes my car looks pretty spiffy!

For a more thorough cleaning, I've chosen the $7 wash that includes a towel dry, underbody flush, and wheel and tire cleaner. My vehicle came out very clean. There are also $10 and $13 options if you want a clear coat or a complete body protectant and a tire shine. The young men who work there are always polite and do a good job of towel drying my vehicle. Another plus is that there is a punch card where you get your sixth wash free.

I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. (Spoiler: I paid $12.00 for "The Works" and my car came out filthy.) Appearance: It's a standard-looking car wash. The tunnel is noticeably short, almost like the miniature setups that some car dealerships have nowadays. Technology: Even the self-wash stations do not accept credit card. There is no computer vision in the tunnel. Lighting is poor. Service: The employees are just OK. They're never particularly pleasant or friendly, and one time I heard them making fun of my squeaky front brakes. Swirls: The employees at Van Born Auto Wash will barely powerwash your car even if you give them a generous tip. They don't even HAVE buckets and brushes to clean the lower panels on heavily-soiled vehicles. That means that the brushes in their tunnel will be constantly clogged with dirt and debris, so this car wash WILL damage your paint. Cleanliness: your car won't come out clean. Car washes aren't magical. Employees need to thoroughly pre-wash filthy cars or the car wash will not be able to keep up with the dirt and the brushes will become damagingly loaded with dirt.
