This establishment has a bad service I pick up the money came from my Daughter via Western Union…read morethey told me they don't have sufficient cash so they can just give me a partial cash amount and the rest will go to the card, they said I can withdraw the money in any ATM and it charge me $3.00 for ATM and $5.00 every time I use the card but they didn't tell that there's a $500. Limit per withdrawals and I tried to called them that I need the whole amount of my money it's $1,900.it means I will be charge 4x every withdrawals they say the only option that I can get the whole amount of my money I need to go there but they have to charge me 5% of the total amount I ask why? it's not my fault you told me you don't have sufficient amount and you need to put the rest of the cash on the card ? They said that's the only option, so I just decided to use an ATM unfortunately the card not working in any ATM machine I have all the receipts that the machine declined the withdrawal.., and I called them again to talk to their manager and the manager said they don't issue any card I told him your cashier who's the one who gave me this card and he told me just go there and they will give me the rest of the money, unfortunately they still charge me $35. and I ask the manager they sad the manager is not here anymore that's the only way we can do it's part of the process. Its not right! I know Western Union doesn't know this happening in this business place that's why if any of you picking money from western Union in this place don't let them put your money on the card it's a scam

I got referred by a close friend that has been going to this place for years. Very professional and they offer competitive rates for simple form taxes. I only had one W2, no dependents, write offs, etc... And was given the lowest rate I've ever been charged in 10 yrs. Their business hours given on their website are the standard M-F from 8-5, however when I called they said they were very flexible and they make appointments as late as 9PM and they were able to see me on a Saturday morning! They don't inform you that if you use efc check they will hold your account for 7 days until of course you try to transfer or reloan at another center. So basically you are screwed especially in an emergency situation. Its ridiculous. And they expect you to do all the leg work when it's obviously their job.
