In addition, if you need to stop payment, report a money order stolen or find out where you can cash the money order...the "suspicion or fraud should be reported to" number listed on the back of the check is, in itself suspicious, it is identified as a "grocery savings line"! Coborn sells the money orders and refers you back to the 800 numbers on the back of the check. Completely fraudulent. I would suggest you never purchase them, I recently lost hundreds of dollars because they were not accepted anywhere.

I Refuse and ask why they're doing that, And their response was, we are going to submit a line of credit to see if you qualify for more money. I never asked for a line of credit, nobody told me they were trying to submit an application for a line of credit. I came in for a payday loan and I told my clerk that. Not only was a whole hour of my day wasted for a task that takes 10 minutes tops, they almost ran my credit hard inquiry without telling me! I never asked for a line of credit! I was sympathetic towards the fact that they only had one person working there that day, so I patiently waited for my turn. When it was my turn, the lady told me to hold on that the system was freezing on her, and so I waited for about another 15 minutes. Finally, she told me that there system was down for the day and since it was after 5pm the headquarters was closed and unable to help her until the next day. She told me to bring in the filled out application the next day that way it would be faster for me to get my loan. The next day, I call there office before going in to confirm the system is good to go, and the rep who answers puts me on hold forever and so I call back, its busy, try again, than finally a lady answers. I tell her my situation, ask her if there pay day system is working and she says that it's still down. I called at 4pm...they opened 9am, they had all day to call headquarters and take care of this but did not do it. Than she proceeds to tell me that she will call them later to try and get it fixed and for me to call back tomorrow.....I thought tomorrow?!? Obviously if I am coming in for a payday loan I am in need of extra cash asap...I cannot wait another day until you decide to call to "fix it". I continued to stress my concern over the phone, and all she kept repeating was "yes..yes..yes...hmmmm..yes" completely ignoring me, very bad customer service. I attempted to call another location, and they answered put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up, when I attempted to call again, they didnt pick up the phone. WORST PAYDAY LOAN EXPERIENCE EVER! However when I asked her if she can show me the western unions policy she says she was unable and does not have it in writing. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!!! I called western union and they told me they have no such policy... they don't have a limit of how many transactions that can be made per day... Crazy thing is I never had a problem with any of the other women that works at this place before. Maria was rude and unprofessional do not go here....
