Since i was in the area i decided to stop by The Lady by the Name "GABRILA" that's what she said was her name was outside cleaning and i was still on the phone on hold. I walk in and told her that she had me on hold and show her that phone. She said she had alot of people to help but she forgot about me smh. I also told her that i would put this on yelp since they had a big sign on the window. Im very disappointed of the type of service this place provides to the Customers. I definitely don't recommend a place that will waist peoples time with no care in the world.

I received a cashier's check from the bank for the remaining balance in my account, which was slightly over a thousand dollars. The young woman at the counter manually verified the check, processed it through a machine, and claimed to have contacted the bank for verification. After a 20-minute wait, she was seated, staring at the check. As a Black man, I am conscious of the biases associated with my skin color, so I strive to be exceptionally understanding. However, after waiting for 20 minutes without any resolution, I requested the check back, to which the lady responded with an attitude, saying, "here." There was no apology or indication of concern for the prolonged wait. Despite my frustration, I proceeded across the street and cashed the check at the bank where I had closed my account. I advise against visiting this place, as their revenue appears to stem from the exorbitantly priced electronic products they allow customers to finance. Save your time and seek alternatives elsewhere.

A class action one so I thought this place was going to be packed because everybody gets disrespected at Walmart, you feel me? Anyway, they close around 8:00 p.m. if I remember correctly. I called at 7:30 or so and asked if they would be able to help me out with my big baller check. They said sure and asked how much it was. That's when I got nervous. A lot of people and or check cashing spots aren't used to people that handle this amount of money like myself. I let her know that it was about $21 and change and she said oh okay yeah come on in. The relief I felt was similar to the time I left the Jerry Springer show studio after finding out that the baby was my best friends instead of mine. That is probably one of the best moments of my life. Anyway, going back to the phone call. I was greeted with the angelic welcoming warm voice of a young lady named Maria. She told me her name and I thought it was talking to Aaliyah. She really rocked the boat when she told me that the check amount wasn't anything but a number I'm just kidding none of that happened but she was very professional and welcoming over the phone. So I showed up 45 seconds later drunk as hell jk again but yeah it was the smoothest a check cashing transaction has ever went. She was fast friendly and professional.
