When I checked my account for the large proceeds wire the next day there was nothing there. I immediately called the bank to see if anything was pending or if any suspicious transactions had taken place-nothing. After stressing out I finally found out that my deed had recorded late and the wire wouldn't happen until Monday three days later. I am sorry I am not rich enough to not worry about a six figure deposit so someone from Title should have informed me my money would be 3 days late. What if I was counting on that deposit? My next transaction was the sale of my rental property. The title company sent important documents to a work address in another city. I hadn't worked at that address in 5 years! Title had all of my current information and failed to even call to verify the address the docs were sent to. The next mistake was made on my payoff statement. Title included my $307 HOA fee. The payoff was dated June 10th. My HOA payment was processed on June 5th. Again a lazy title person screwing up and trying to make me overpay and then have to track down a refund. After all these mistakes I asked Carole for a discount. She refused. Bottom line don't ever use this incompetent title office. I worked for LSI title for 7 years and have 25 years in the industry. This title office sucks at every level.

To start the loan process, I was advised by my local ACE store (7250 Fair Oaks Blvd. Carmichael, CA) to submit an application for a Payday loan online to make it easier, then I could just come into the store to get my loan. Well, I did as I was instructed and got "pre-approved" for the loan. Then I get an email saying I was approved and the due date was August 8, 2022. I also submitted my banking information online. I was told by my local ACE store that the loan would not be taken out of my bank account unless I DIDN'T PAY the loan (and the banking info was back up for the payment). I was also then told I might not be able to pick up the loan in store since I did my application online (ONLY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD TO)! After some misinformation and confusion, I went into my local ACE store and picked up the loan on July 13, 2022. Next thing I know I'm getting emails saying my loan is in collections and I start getting harassing phone calls from the Collections Department FOR A LOAN NOT EVEN DUE UNTIL AUGUST 8, 2022. After speaking to numerous ACE customer service reps, I discovered that ACE believed my bank account was closed. I explained that it WAS NOT TRUE and my bank account was and STILL IS open. Obviously ACE has some type of system error but nobody gave a darn. Not one person looked into this error to correct it and instead I get treated like a common criminal rather than a customer. I went in to the store today to pay my loan off THREE DAYS EARLY and the customer service rep couldn't find my account but found it under collections. WHY WOULD I BE IN COLLECTIONS FOR A LOAN THAT WASN'T DUE YET?? I can clearly see ACE does not care about customer service. I wanted to be a good customer and I abided by all of the terms of the loan yet ACE does not abide by their own terms. All I've gotten is the runaround and misinformation. So the loan is paid off. I had hoped to do future business with ACE but I no longer trust this company.
