Thankfully, ORT took over my file and within a few days of them working tirelessly I was able to close only 2 days later than expected. I honestly believe my closing would have been delayed weeks had I not had the ability to work with ORT to close on my home. I know they worked all hours and did everything possible that they could to help me through such a stressful process as a first time, single, homebuyer.
