I came to Willow on a recommendation from a family friend. Our house had just had pipes burst, and I needed to get my furniture out and given "spa treatment." Through all of the hassles of that process (insurance, permits, remediation), Willow was my oasis. I loved coming into the shop and, as Leigh often says, "look at pretty things." The whole staff was incredibly talented and helpful, and made this such an enjoyable experience. When I needed help with wallpaper, they were there to find a matching print and then recommend hangers. When I had to slow things down because my carpeting had yet to be installed, they could not have been more understanding and worked with my constraints. Best of all, my Mom, who is a very talented decorator in her own right, absolutely loves everything Willow created for her...which means we will be back to do other rooms. I cannot say enough positives about Willow, and, as an absolute novice at all of this, they made the redecorating so much fun. I always left the shop with a smile (and an armful of swatches). I will always be grateful to Willow for all of their help and positivity during what had started out as a catastrophe in our house. They are highly recommended by me and my husband. Not to mention a wonderful family business for all to support. We had 2 office chairs, 8 dining room chairs and 4 kitchen chairs that needed recovered. We met with them in store and they showed us several fabrics that would be easy to manage with our little children but also coordinated with our style. We reached out in December and they were excellent with expediting the eating chairs to have by Christmas, without us even pushing for that. Luckily the fabric was already available but we still didn't expect a 1-2 week turnaround. We are still waiting on the office chairs but are excited to see how The fabric and work done is top notch! The chairs are comfortable, updated and very well upholstered. We've never gotten furniture recovered before but we thought the prices were reasonable for the experience, services and product!
