Terrible service, they will take your money big time I give the hard drive to Chao Wei the Owner and also the only one person working in that company because they make you believe they are a group of people but is actually just Mister Chao. Hi charge me $100.00 deposit and did not give me a price for the labor, then 3 days after he ask me for $900.00 more and still not finish the labor, and then after 3 more days he ask me for $800.00 more and the data was corrupted and I was not able to used. I went to his office and he don't want to give me the money back and since I got very upset with him, he was so chicken that want to call the police. After a week I check my bank account and I found out someone copy my credit card and it was for sure mister Chao since my credit card was new and I used first in his business and when he charge my card, he went to the back of his office for like a minute with my card in hand and then he return with his iPhone for me to sign the transaction in his iPhone. He copy my card and open a police investigation that is currently in progress. I also contacted one of his previews client and he told me that Chao charge him $1000.00 to fix his Mac computer. 2 weeks ago on Wednesday when my kids are off school and staying home, I figured that since they are playing in the living room, I can transfer the pictures from the digital camera to my computer. All of a sudden, the little one got chased by his sister into the office, he squeezed under my desk to escape from her, Pong! The computer tower was knocked down facing flat on the floor. Immediately I know I'll have to have someone fix the hard drive to get my important family documents as well as the majority of my work during these 2 weeks. They do not accept credit cards and run to bank as soon as you give them a check.Clearly they don't accept credit cards because they would have 90% chargebacks for their lies and fraud.
