Asked for a price list the day of the visit and they had to get the Office Manger that told me "What do you need that for?" ALWAYS RED FLAGS HERE FOLKS. "This is my opinion," he said on $3,350 dental work needed = 6 filling and 2 caps for me. Wife was $2,250 on her work. NEITHER OF OUR PREVIOUS DENTISTS THAT WERE DIFFERENT, was NOT on there assessments for these thousands of dollars of "my opinion" on his biased and subjective indifferent effort. BOTTOM LINE: We have greed and self preservation. He looks old and tired of his work that comes through, including his little hole in the wall office ambience. Two thumbs up! I first came in a few months ago to get a check up and an estimate for a broken tooth. Dr. Robert Pham believed I should get a root canal and a crown installed. I kept deciding if i should do it or nor since it was my first time. A few months past by and I finally made the decision of making the appointment to do it since I just work right in the same shopping center. I came in on May 29, 2019 to first get my first root canal and a temporary crown put on. Dr. Pham and his associates did all the correct procedures as needed. I scheduled my next appointment two weeks to get my final crown put on. Sadly my temporary crown fell off a week later (June 5, 2019) while I was mouth washing and the temporary crown went to the drain. I immediately called the office right when they opened and they can take me in on that same day. When I came in, they have the permanent crown for me already. So they finally did what they needed to do for the permanent crown to be put on. When the doctor was done putting on my crown, my smile looked marvelous! I can smile more now! I recommend you to try Dr. Pham, he is amazing and friendly. His associates are nice and patient as well. read more

I've been coming to this dental office for over 7 years. The staff is really nice and helpful. I'm not sure if its just my mouth, but I never have any problems with pain. They really accommodate to me since I cannot breathe through my nose, so they'll intermittently stop to make sure I'm ok. They offer flex plans for those that cannot pay the charges that your insurance won't cover. Rosa in the front office is great! read more

Nope never going again, I should of taken the girl review that they have from months ago into consideration the staff there are nice but the dentist i don't think he knows what he doing, I went in with no pain at all. I wanted was to get all of my old silver fillings and get new white fillings. And after my appointments I was in so much pain. He could not even get my bite right had to go back multiple times. Then I had a root canal done they completely used up my insurance and then I had to pay out of pocket. After that I was still in so much pain he referred me to a endondontist and ended up having another root canal done paying $1200 out of pocket because my insurance was spent. After that never even received a call to see if I was ok or if I gotten it taken care of nothing. After going months in pain. They used all my insurance and after a root canal that does not even count for a crown. These dentist here take so much advantage. Ended up going to El Salvador and paying $500 and did all the work I needed and pain free in 2 weeks and had a deep cleaning done + crowns. Yea no never again at this place... it's a no for me. I never gave one star on my yelp reviews. But this dental office doesn't deserve more than that. I had a horrible experience of getting root canal done here. I guessed the dentist didn't numb me enough before the surgery. I felt pain when he started digging my tooth. I told him few time about the pain. All he did was saying "it's okay and you can do it". He finally stopped and numbed me more when I started crying and telling him I felt "sharp pain". Why wouldn't he numb me more at first time I told him about the pain!!!!? I choose this dental office because I was new in Vegas. And it's close to where I live. There are so many nice dentists out there and charge same price like this place does. Don't come here unless you like to be tortured!!!!!!! read more

So this review if from a visit I had in 2012, so I'm not sure if it the same dentist practicing. I recently found my paper work from my visit to this office, where I went for X-rays and a cleaning. After reviewing my x-rays the doctor said that I had 10 cavities that needed to be filled. I didn't believe if there was any way that this could be possible so before proceeding with the feelings I went to another dentist. I found it this dentist that I had zero cavities. I haven't had even half the amount of cavities he said I had in all these years. I'm writing this to warn everyone, trust your gut and get a second opinion if the work this dentist suggests seem excessive. read more
